Excellent company! Scott came out to give estimate and was great and I had estimate the same day. The 2 crews that came out (one to work on panel box and one to work on ac unit) were both fantastic. Very personable and did excellent work. The ladies at the office are the best! Highly recommend Swaim Electric!!

Generec maintenance- Shawn did the best maintenance (10 out of 10) He carefully cleaned and waxed inside and out, didn’t spill oil and wiped areas that others would have missed. He was knowledgeable, polite, and answered all questions. I have requested him for all maintenance in the future.Don’t let competition lure him away.

Tammy is wonderful to speak with on the phone. She is polite , easy to work with and very knowledgeable about company polices. She also deserves a10.

I was disappointed that the company did not know NC policy that the generator had to be > 10 feet from a propane tank that I had. I had to have it removed and will now have to install natural gas logs. This has caused me to be disappointed with the company but not the employees I have dealt with.

A five star company and installation job. The job was initially scoped out and quoted by Scott who is a credit to the company. Eddy and Dustin installed our new standby generator and are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to be around. Their attention to detail was commendable and they were careful to avoid interference's with sprinkler tubing, landscape lighting, flower beds & boxes, etc. Numerous thoughtful minor touches resulted in a very good job being outstanding. Both electrical and mechanical inspections passed first time around - a rare event.
Start-Up was done by Ian who also was through, professional and courteous and attended to additional details that made a good job great.
I highly recommend these folks to anyone and without hesitation.

Eddie and Jacob came to our home on 11/21/2019 to install our generator. They both were professional and courteous during this time.

They were knowledgeable about the product and were able to answer my questions. Eddie explained the system along with the next phase of the install process.

I just had a wonderful experience with Swaim Heating and Air in Climax, NC. My A/C unit went down and was told I couldn't be seen until next Tuesday. But thanks to Julie and especially Tammy, she squeezed me into their rotation today. Joe Swaim and his helper Austin showed up only a few hours later and fixed my unit with great efficiency and true professionalism. Kudos to everyone at Swaim for a job extremely well done!

Eddie and Nate were great installers of my whole house generator. They worked together well and made sure that all my questions were answered. They cleaned up well. They were efficient and very knowledgeable and everything looked great when they left. Thank you guys.

We had installation by Skylar and Nick with Ian and Dakota turning on the generator. They were all professional and very timely. Swaim Electric was cheaper than Canter Electric. They helped me understand how the generator works and what we need to do to keep it running.
