Evans Air Services installed my system three years ago and did a wonderful job. They also perform my seasonal maintenance. I’ve always been extremely pleased. Then the unexpected thing happens like a blocked condensation line that can be caused from many different things. They were here the next business day, and took care of the issue quickly. I very highly recommend.

We have been using Evans for our yearly maintenance of a new system they installed through our Home Warranty. They are always very professional, prompt, thorough, and knowledgeable. Always a great experience! Archie and Lauren came out this time and were very friendly and cleaned up and out things back where they got them from!

Great company with super customer service. The Tech's are incredibly Punctual, polite and professional. Mike took his time and made sure that everything was working and, prior to leaving, took the time to explain all the work he had done. Evans Air Service is a customer oriented company that charges a fair price for high quality work and is backed great office support, and customer service. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Brian Gobble was awesome and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough on everything he worked on with our system. He answered all our questions and fixed our system. The AC works better than it has since we bought the house 5 years ago.

Evans Air did a great job installing our new unit. I would highly recommend them. CJ in the office was great and the 3 technicians who came to install were amazing (I can't remember their names but I think one was named Michael?). All were professional in every way.

The response time was amazing! I called my warranty company, and before the day was over Evans had responded. I think it was a Thursday or Friday, and they had already set my appointment up for Monday. Their technician, Archie, arrived on time, and they also had the courtesy to call me 30 minutes ahead of time, so that I could go to work that day and leave from there to meet him. he was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. Diagnose the problem and fixed it very quickly he double checked everything to make sure it was working and carefully explain to me what the problem had been I would recommend these folks without reserve and with enthusiasm! Polite, friendly, professional, and quick service.

Professional, they seem knowledgeable, seem trustworthy and honest. They have worked on our system for two different unrelated issues, and they explain what's going on and ensure they are non intrusive while working. They put on the shoe covers and are clean and respect the house. Very happy with them. Will use again for any problems with a/c in the future, but hopefully not too soon in the future.

The staff Deanna and CJ were totally professional and helpful throughout the process. The technician Brian Gobble was totally professional during the installation and explained what he was doing throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company for any hvac needs you have.

I’ve used Evans for years, they are wonderful. They have installed new heat and air systems and I use them for annual maintenance on both. They offer a great program that I think is very reasonable and fair which includes annual maintenance for both heat and air systems, some savings on service if needed, and I think priority for service. Their techs have been really great. I would definitely recommend Evans Air Service!

The Technician did a good job. The call was a little overpriced but the price quoted for a new system was way too high. They wanted ten thousand more dollars than other companies priced us. I believe in people making a living but not on just one customer. If you want to give your money away call these people
