So Swaim Electric installed a new Trane heat pump for me and a home standby Generac generator. I could not be happier with this company and their products and installation. Special shout out to Scott, Eddie and Ian! I highly recommend them and you will be glad you chose them!

Installed a generator for us. Did a fabulous job. People were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They install dozens per week so they are VERY prepared. Wonderful follow-up. Craig arrived first to install my new Generac home generator. He started wiring my new transfer switch inside, working quickly and constantly, doing everything neatly. Jacob arrived later and started working on the generator placement outside. They both ran the heavy wiring from the transfer switch, through the outside wall, and to the generator. Everything was done very neatly. They never stopped for any kind of break. They never had to ask each other what was needed next. They just knew. When they finished the installation later that afternoon, they cleaned up thoroughly. I, the home owner, watched pretty constantly everything and was extremely impressed with the whole project. Both men were so pleasant, well mannered, and polite. Sure wish all work could be done like they did it! They get 5 stars from me! THANKS!

Technician serviced both Generac system and two AC systems in my home in Greensboro yesterday. He arrived and moved quickly to begin work, preferring to do the inside work first to avoid tracking anything inside. He kept us informed of his progress, and answered any questions we had. I have had a great experience with the installation and start up of my generator! Patty, Tammy and Alexis were all very personable and provided exceptional customer service and follow up! Matt and Eddie were prompt and did a great job on the install and Scott came back for the initial start up. Swaim sent out the best of the best in Eddie and Jacob to install a 22kw Generac generator. Incredibly pleased with the price, the quality of work, their professionalism, their kindness, and their willingness to do the work AND do it right. Eddie and Jacob are some good people as we say in the south.
