Swaim just installed an a/c unit in my store Bush Hill Antiques last week. It was amazing how they adapted to get the job done! Considerate and helpful to make sure I was happy. Bradley, Craig, Skyler AND ALL THE GUYS. THANK YOU for a great job!

Eddie, Jacob, & Ryan did an outstanding performance on the installation of our generator. Very neat workmanship. We are now waiting for Alamance County Inspection and after that the final startup. 5 stars so far.

Craig & Deren arrive on time, install was fast, professional and past all required inspections flawlessly. Cleanup was spotless and Craig provided frequent updates on progress.

If you need a generator, order now. Installed can take 100 days from purchasing. They have three teams working now to install the rush to hurricane season. On the fence, jump now if you need and want a generator by Hurricane Seasons. We purchased ours 7 December 2018, installed 19 March 2019.

Saying all the above, quality installation is key and they did it right.

Company did not provide a quote after coming out to gather information and then stated they were too busy to do the work. Was not a good experience. Unless you have a job that will cost thousands, don't bother with Swaim because they will not have time for you. It's all about the size of the job. This was an electrical job, not heating and air. (I'll be glad to change my review should I get a call back just one time).

I just purchased and had installed a new A/C-Heating System and Generator and I cannot even express how much I am please with the installation. Ian, Derrin and Maliek were very personable, knowledgeable, and exceeded any expectations I had. This will be my go-to company for heating and generator needs and I hope I get these same installers again - great guys! Ian even helped me with a confusing Nest Learning Thermostat - again I can't say how please I am with these guys! Thank you!

Had outside unit and inside coil replaced today 1-29-18. Craig and Micheal were the technicians that did the work. It was fast and professional. They answered all questions ask and were very informative on how to maintain the new unit. Heather from the office setup the entire job. She was very courteous and informative on my options of how to pay. Will definitely recommend Swaim to anyone I know who needs there hvac serviced.

Swaim Electric installed a whole house generator for me and did a superb job. The install team did a good job and Ian with the startup team was great. Swaim is lucky to have employees like this.
