River Bryant was exceptional. He was polite and friendly, explained everything clearly, and his drawing of the unit was very helpful. (Don't believe him when he says he can't draw. He definitely can!) He explained our options with no pressure. It really felt like he had our best interests in front. Oh, and our dog would have happily gone with him for the rest of his appointments. :) Dogs are very good judges of character!

Sidney did a wonderful job! He very was polite and updated me on each step of the process. He even took the time to involve my curious son who asked tons of questions. He gave my son the important task of flushing all the toilets and running the showers to make sure there were no other clogs. I really appreciated his patience.

Sidney was fantastic. He was extremely nice and professional. He made me feel comfortable almost instantly over the phone prior to his arrival. When he got here he was quick and diligent with the repair trying multiple avenues to get the job done. He then thoroughly cleaned up and checked for leaks before leaving. I would 100% use this business again just because of him. Thanks for your hard work and time!

Red was absolutely phenomenal! He was attentive and so informative on any questions I had. We were so thankful to have him come out to service our air conditioning unit especially it being the Fourth of July. Thank so much we really appreciate you!!!

We literally just moved in. Air not working, I thank my lucky stars I picked Morris Jenkins!! They were so helpful and obviously sent us their best guy, Glenn was fantastic, informative and professional! We will recommend in a heartbeat!!

Jacob Tousant was such a friendly and attentive technician that came out to unclog one of my sinks in the master bathroom. He was very efficient and offered answers to all of my questions and concerns. He even offered some estimates on my water heater and the leaky faucet in the master bathroom. He was never pushy and respected all of my decisions on wanting to talk to my husband about the estimates before continuing. Morris Jenkins and their employees have always been a pleasure to work with. Jacob seemed very passionate about his work and eager to help me with anything he could. He is the example of customer service. I hope to get him as my technician next time as well.

Zach came to our home back in March and repaired our AC unit. I meant to let you all know the how much we appreciated the quick service. He was very pleasant and informative. He was able to get the AC working and told us what further service we needed without running up our bill into the thousands. We were very grateful for his help and thank you again.

Josh was able to come out the very same day that we called about our furnace. He was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with it and what the next steps would be. The next day Ross came by and went over the options we had as far as the system and was very helpful with going over options cost wise and made us feel more at ease with what to do. John and Jody came to instal the system and they worked so hard to get it installed for us. After they finished Jody explained how everything worked. All of them were so amazing especially since we are first time home buyers! 100/100 recommend them! We are so happy we chose them for the job!

So thankful for Morris-Jenkins! Emma and Crystal were so sweet and helped me get my appointment scheduled, and Madison Tweed came out and was able to fix our unit on site when we worried it was beyond repair. So grateful for the honesty, professionalism, and kindness from everyone that helped us out tonight! :)

I called Morris-Jenkins around 11 PM last night after my AC was blowing out hot air. The home is only two years old but that is another conversation. My appointment was at 8 AM and my technician Amir El Ali was there on time and ready to work. He was very professional and ensured that he kept my house clean while he was working. He got me back up and running and I am very happy and so is my wife. Thank you again Amir and thank you Morris-Jenkins.
