Tyler was fantastic! He came in diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it! Tyler's service is consistent with the excellent reputation that Morris Jenkins holds within the community. He was knowledgeable and very polite and neat. I appreciated that he was dillegent at putting his shoe covers on as he came in and out of my home because we do not use shoes in my house. Tyler was open to us asking questions and even asked us if we had any throughout the process. Thank you Tyler!!

I have recently moved into my new home in Monroe and had a "simple" task of replacing my kitchen faucet that got out of hand quickly at 8am on a Saturday morning. I called Morris-Jenkins at 8:25 and was informed someone would be there between 12-3pm. Austin Ford arrived at 2pm and stayed to almost 7pm until my project (and few additional ones!) were done. Extremely pleased with the communication and quality that I received from this company and Austin, especially as a new home owner in an unfamiliar area. Cannot recommend enough.

Ice cold weather resulted in a burst in irrigation system valve - gushing water required we shut off all water to house. Ed the technician from Morris Jenkins showed up promptly the next day, evaluated the problem, got house water back up and running, and repair work scheduled in just a few days. From the moment he called to say he was just a half hour away to the moment he completed the service call we felt like we were in friendly professional hands.

We started smelling a musty smell in our A/C that was quickly getting worse. We called and Red was able to come out the next day. He cleaned out a ton of fungus and mold that was stinking up our A/C unit, gross! He made sure to inform us of some parts that needed replacement quite soon to keep our A/C running smoothly and not run into unexpected costs later. Overall, his customer service is excellent, he’s super friendly and knowledgeable! It’s not easy to find a good reputable A/C company out here so it was relieving to have someone come out super quick and do quality work. Looking forward to keeping in business with this company for anything we need!

We had changed out the thermostat. Our AC was blowing hot air instead of cold. A tech from Brothers was out the day prior for routine cleaning. I told him we were changing out the thermostat and we were not informed that the system they had installed last year required the tech to come out and program the system to work with the new thermostat. We called Brothers since they had installed the system. They could not send anyone until the next day. Our thermostat was turned off, but the hvac was still blowing out hot air at full force. I then called Morris Jenkins who said they could have someone out three hours later at 6:00 . 20 minutes later I received a text that Austin Stanley was on his way. By the time he arrived the temp in our house had reached 85! He had it fixed within thirty minutes. We are very pleased with the professionalism and reliability of their service. They have our highest recommendation. We will definitely be calling them again.

Our 16 year old Comfort Maker system was not cooling sufficiently, The choice was costly repairs or upgrade to new system (Daikin). The installers came out same day and completed the installation in about 6 hours. starting to cool now. Special appreciation to John and Jody who did the work with electrician assist from Brian. They have the knowledge, skills, personality, work ethic to represent the best of MJ
