Martin was extremely thorough and professional. He explained all our options, answered all our questions and got everything scheduled within a timely fashion. We were more than pleased with his assessments and recommendations. Highly recommended!

I have been in my house about a year. We moved here after my husband passed unexpectedly and it’s been so hard on myself and my children. This morning we woke up to an unexplained leak and it was so unexpected. My husband usually handled stuff like that and times like this his presence is missed even more. However I worked with 2 Morris-Jenkins techs today, Justin and Keith. Justin was the HVAC technician and he was so kind we discovered it was not the HVAC leaking so he made arrangements for the plumber to come out later in the evening. Keith came identified the issue fixed it quickly and made great suggestions for preventative maintenance going forward. I truly appreciated all efforts and the professionalism and great care that was given today. I’m glad I have the membership

Ethan was extremely respectful and a true representation of professionalism. From the notification phone call 30 min before arrival to footies to protect our floor. When the issue was resolved he didn't propose any unnecessary services to me. He made his recommendations and made my opinion feel valued.

Matt (Sewage Pump) was extremely respectful and professional as well. He did a root cause analysis and proactive recommendation without making me feel as if I was a sale.

Joey was very professional and friendly. Being that I am far from a professional when it comes to plumbing issues, I was happy that Joey was able to break down and explain the issues I was experiencing in a way that I could easily understand. It was extremely helpful, especially when trying to decide next steps. This all started out with getting screwed over by a different company. They gave me a window for coming out and didn't even call me to tell me that they couldn't make it. Well it was a blessing that Morris Jenkins was able to send somebody out in just a few short hours to have a look at my problem. Keith the tech that arrived was great and made everything easy. Outstanding individual. I think that people get soured by how much a repair can cost not realizing that you get what you pay for. They have already called to come install my water heater ahead of schedule. Definitely would recommend to anyone that wants an extremely professional company to work with. ***Update***

Needed a service on my aging HVAC system. Dan the service tech Morris Jenkins sent out was outstanding. Can't say enough good things about this company and their employees.

Morris Jenkins professional Joshua Wall, was prompt and professional. He explained each step in the process and gave advice on how we could maintain our pipes. He was neat and left my home clean. I will definitely use Morris Jenkins again for plumbing, heating and cooling

Brandon of Morris - Jenkins provided an outstanding experience! He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, come up with a plan, and executed perfectly. He was also able to diagnose some other areas that required attention and dealt with those areas as well.

I would never used Morris-Jenkins again for repair work. Their prices are way above the average for the area. Had them install thermocouple today on my gas hot water heater. The price was $601 US dollars. I believe in being fair, but I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of. I should have gotten several estimates before making final decision. Lesson learned.

Mitchell came out for Priority Advantage drain service and he was excellent! He took the time to answer my many questions, allowed me to watch what he was doing and explained why. He’s extremely knowledgeable and I could tell he cared. We give Mitchell and Morris Jenkins all thumbs up, and our dog gives Mitchell 2 paws 🐾 up!!!

Our air conditioning was blowing out hot air, so we called Morris Jenkins who we had done business with in the past. Zachary came out and explained what was wrong and gave a great explanation of why our unit broke down. He was pleasant and very courteous. He talked to us like we had known him for years! We would love if he could be our technician going forward!
