First I love these people; everyone I have talked with over the phone and everyone that have come to my home for service. Jeremy Shaw my service technician to me he's the best of the best service tech. Most recently I had to replace AC unit Martin Barnett Residential Specialist very detailed in explaining AC unit(s) so that I could make an intelligent decision on a AC unit; recently today Gino and TC the install of the AC unit. These guys are all professional, polite, courteous, responsive, informative they explained everything that was going to be done throughout the entire installation and any question I had during the installation process. The value, quality of service render is excellent as they cleaning as they go. Everything went so smooth it was seamless a steady flow. These Guys You Will Love Them. "Second To None"
A couple months ago when our AC stopped working properly we had a service tech come out to take a look. Jordan showed up quickly and knew right away what the problem was. Even though the system took a bit to thaw out, Jordan assured us that he would do everything he could to get us back up and running as soon as possible. Jordan was very knowledgeable and professional. Great experience and would recommend to anyone.. Thanks again Jordan and Morris Jenkins!
River went above and beyond to inspect our HVAC system during a routine check and through his experience was able to find mold in our air ducts that no other company found (used 3 other service providers before). He inspected our house as if it were his own and educated us on why and how this happened. We have been breathing moldy air for potentially years! He expressed urgency in a calm manner and quickly got his team out to our house the next business day. Health is wealth and this man saved us a fortune! We can’t thank him enough and are so thankful to the Phillip Morris team and family for getting new System plenums and air ducts installed within days. We are breathing clean air and have peace of mind. I hope River is our maintenance person every 6 months for our checkups and Phillip Morris has lifelong customers/clients in us. Thank you again, River!
Awesome experience. Dustin Johnson is the best Tech ever. He explained everything to us. Made sure the AC was working and offer to help us anyway he can for further issues. I will request him as my Tech going forward. He was honest, helpful, and polite. I’m glad he helped us in our time of need.
The buyers had called Morris Jenkins to inspect our ceiling for a possible active leak. They cut into 2 parts of the ceiling and said no leak and left a mess let a lone they cut the ceiling crooked. They charged the buyers $295 to cut the ceiling plus whatever the service call cost.
This was my first time using this company and I was very impressed! I had to arrange for an AC repair on my rental property 2,000 mi away from my home, and Morris Jenkins made the process easy. Both the office staff and the technician kept me apprised of the repair - they were very reactive and thorough in explaining exactly what needed to be done. I highly recommend them!
Chandler took great care of us and several times went above and beyond. He explained possible additional charges before starting the work, and explained both the progress and working of the new items at all phases of the work. When needed, he immediately reached out to others at the company and sought out additional opinions. It was a whole team of experts available for my installations—a comforting feeling.
Seth Marquis was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He kept us in the loop on everything he was working on, and why he was working on it. Turned out that we needed to replace our zone board, and he quickly found us the part to complete the service the same day. We really appreciated the service that was provided, and we will DEFINITELY be using Morris-Jenkins again!

Various techs have come to the house the last three days to solve our AC problems. Mark, Jared, and Cole. They all toughed through the sweltering heat to solve the mess our AC unit is.
All three explained our options thoroughly and plainly so we could all understand. All were very personable and customer service at top of mind.
Cole ended up spending almost 4 hours at the house. Testing and prodding, making sure he checked every nook and cranny. Gave us the best course of action for our family and budget. He’s a hero in a past life and now the hero of our AC.
My AC stopped working and it was a sweltering 88 degrees indoors. I searched for AC help and Morris Jenkins was at the top of the list, along with several local businesses. I had heard that MJ was very expensive, but I called anyway, as that was the only familiar business name. The young lady on the phone was courtesy and promised a tech would arrive within one hour! Even though it is her job to cross sell, it really annoyed me. I told her, let's see what the issue is and the cost, before I commit to a contract. Our tech was JD, who introduced himself, at the front door, with a proper handshake! He was knowledgeable and through, as he explained every detail as to what he saw was causing the AC to stop working. He fixed the problem and suggested it would take a few hours for the system to get all of the heat out before we would feel the cool air. Thank you JD, for your professionalism and knowledge. We have a cool home once again!
