When Cole called to let me know he was on his way, he was personable and professional. During the interactions we had, he shared tips to keep my AC and Heat equipment in good working order.
He looked me in the eye while talking, shared some personal health tips that both me and my daughter remarked on when he left.
He was a gentleman and nice person that reminded me of the staff you have in your commercials! I have been a service monthly member for years and all the persons that come here were well trained in HVAC skills, but more importantly in people skills.
I was also impressed to hear that you all are still continuing, reading the Staff reviews during meetings. I had read about this in the book that you all sent by Mr. Jenkins son-in-law.

Our technician Jon was incredible! As first-time home buyers, we are always learning something new. Jon was there to clearly explain every aspect of his work and the impact on our AC unit. Not only did he quickly identify the issue, he was able to make his repair within a fraction of the time other companies estimated. On a hot day, efficiency matters!

We went into the appointment unsure about signing up for the Priority Advantage Membership. After meeting Jon and being so impressed with his knowledge and expertise, we couldn’t be more excited to become a part of the Morris-Jenkins family! Incredible experience - can’t recommend them enough!

Want to give a shout out to the technician Tanner from MORRIS JENKINS. Can't say enough about the technician that came to repair my heat pump. I wish everyone was as informative as he. Feel like I made a new friend. Anyone needing heat pump or ac repair call MORRI JENKINS. He signed me up for to come out every 6 months to check my unit.I will only use them for all my repairs. Please if you need a repair give them a call. They can repair anything in your house such as toilet,, water heater and pluming. THEIR THE BEST.

Really impressed with our experience with Ryan from Morris Jenkins. He was prompt and communicated effectively. He was able to find the issue quickly and provided options for the types of services he recommended for our hvac issues. He was accommodating to the unique situation and we were pleased that he completed the work in a timely manner. Definitely recommend Ryan and Morris Jenkins.

Anthony did a wonderful job! He took his time and cleaned my AC and he gladly changed my inside filters. He was very nice and professional. I highly recommend Morris Jenkins! They are the BEST!

Matthew arrived at our home on time. He was polite, friendly and very competent. He did a thorough job and showed us and our home total respect. He was a pleasure and we would like him to come back again, if we ever need a plumber, again.!

Jordan was amazing while doing maintenance on our AC unit. He told us what was going on and even double checked to make sure what he was telling us was correct. He was very respectful and knowledgeable when we asked questions about what was going on. Thank you so much!

Kevin is very well mannered, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond the entire time. He would call me and let me know before he will arrive and made sure to explain everything in great detail. He did a great job and is an amazing worker. I am new to the area; Jay was awesome! Personable, professional, and helpful with recommendations to local places to eat and see. He gave great recommendations for some water heater updates, how to shut the water off, and recommendations for good housekeeping if I go on travel. While fixing/increasing the water temp on my shower faucet, he even helped me catch the wild skink that somehow made its way into the bathroom a day ago! I would absolutely recommend him and the company for water heater needs.
