Morris Jenkins Review - Andrew Carpenter:
I would like to share my experience with Andrew Carpenter on a recent service call with Morris Jenkins. Andrew came to our home to unclog a shower drain and sink drain in our kids bathroom, both were slow drains. From the moment he arrived, he was kind and professional. He rang the doorbell, when I opened, he actually asked me how I was and how my day was going. He put on the boot covers and asked permission to come into the home. He was engaging and worked quickly to unclog the drains. They are working great now! Also he tested the water pressure and checked our hot water heater. He asked me questions and advised based on the time frame he would recommend a water heater flush, which we had him do. It needed it as it had build up in the system. When he was done, he showed me all that he had done and asked me if there was anything else. I truly appreciate Andrew and all he did to get us back up and running. I would gladly recommend Andrew Carpenter and Morris Jenkins for their outstanding customer service. Thanks Andrew and keep up the great work. Chris F.

We contacted Morris-Jenkins around 9pm in regards to two toilet repairs at our home. By 8 am the following morning we had the pleasure of having Julio as our service technician. Julio was on time, professional, friendly, extremely informative, and very reliable. The service was phenomenal and rather quick. This was our first time using Morris -Jenkins and I can honestly say through this experience alone they have added a life long customer to their list. Thank you Julio we will be sure to request you for any future services!

The technician was very professional, kind and polite. He explained things to my elderly mother in detail and wrote it down for her. You just don’t find that type of patience, detail oriented in young people anymore. Brandon was very knowledgeable. He is definitely a person with excellent customer service.

The service provided by my technician Jordan was 5 star. He kept in contact prior to the visit. When he arrived he was courteous, professional and overall a gentleman. He explained everything that was going to happen with my service. Offered additional services that would benefit my unit and home overall. I would recommend the company and him as a technician to anyone that needs service.

Zack was friendly, professional, and educated me on what he was doing. He was very helpful and even identified a gas leak I would have never known about. Very appreciative of the fact that he was more than willing to help fix the issue on the spot. I feel very comfortable and grateful we chose Morris Jenkins for the servicing of our hvac system and we are now proud priority advantage members based on the quick turnaround and value

Daniel Grichanichenko came today for a check and wash. He was very personable and thorough with his service. He took time to explain how things work before just advising what is needed and I appreciate that so much! He seems to be one of the people that loves what they do and it shows in his overall demeanor.
He and my husband shared a common appreciation for Transformers and Marvel so he was definitely a big hit here and we are confident in trusting his opinions on our needed services. Ladies he’s single too and easy on the eyes so go schedule him before he gets outside!! 😉

I called Morris-Jenkins for help with what I thought was a major toilet issue. Within one hour, they had Logan come out to my home to diagnose the problem. Logan is the real deal. Knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was able to quickly determine what the issue was, and resolved it within a very short time. Andrew was prompt, professional and extremely thorough. He assessed the issue and eliminated every possible cause before suggesting a solution. Additionally, he was extremely personable and genuinely cared about the quality of work he was providing. This quality of service is not only exemplary, but reassuring, especially since I made an investment of becoming a priority member. 10/10, highly recommend. *Service was not listed on choices, but was related to sewage issues*.

From the initial phone call to get set up to the service technician completing the work it was a very pleasant experience. Cathy took my call, answered all my questions and scheduled Nestor to come to my home the same day. Nestor called ahead with an arrival time and spent the time necessary to complete the task. Highly recommended.
