Zack came to my home in November for a few things that I needed checked. During that time he found some major issues with my older systems. I was finally able to have him come back out to address those which he was kind enough to prioritize for me. We spoke on the phone prior to him coming and he was able to explain everything with great detail so that I understood what exactly should be done first and why. He and Dustin showed up this morning promptly and worked nonstop until almost 9 o’clock tonight. They never stopped smiling, nor working, and were willing to stop and explain every step of the process along the way. I can tell that they both take their jobs very seriously and that they enjoy their work for which they are both very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend both of them!

Mathew called 30 min prior to arrival to give an ETA and arrived promptly in the appointment time window! He was also very informative, and had awesome rapport with everyone in our home. He made sure we were aware of all the best deals and values they offered as well! 10/10 we have signed up for the membership and officially switched to Morris Jenkins, and Mathew is “our guy”!

I requested an appointment last minute at a late hour. Mark came quickly and was super professional. We really appreciated how informative he was and walked us through everything. Alex called to verify appointment. Showed up on time. He observed the issue under kitchen sink. Worked around a weird sink drain fitting. Had to run to store get a part to complete job. Very nice and polite man. Gave me options on payment and went over everything before starting job. Great customer service skills. Would recommend him on your next plumbing needs especially if you need it done fast.

I started editing using Morris Jenkins because of a friend's recommendation. This visit was the third or fourth prepaid contracted AC and Heater clean tune and tune up. Now, let me tell you about Nestar.

He's very good at communicating; he was happy to carefully and simply explain everything he was doing and thinking. He gave sincere advice and was happy to share small talk. Exceptional service. Jonathan was knowledgeable and very helpful going through our service and how our system was performing. We had 1 concern which Jonathan was able to research and resolve during the visit (didn’t have to schedule a follow up or tell us the part will be “X” weeks). A great overall experience.

My A/C condensation system was backing up so we called for service. They were able to come first thing the next morning and sent Julio (from LI NY). He was prompt, accommodating, and listened to my explanation for the cause of the problem. He evaluated and identified the best course of action then skillfully resolved the problem. In addition he completed a safety assessment of my other utilities/appliances and made recommendations on ways to make my home more energy efficient and safer. Jordan Dorr came by our house recently and spend some time checking on our HVAC system during one of the hottest days in the city - he was very detailed on his review and responded to every single question I had. It was exactly what I needed!! he resolved a bunch of questions and issues I had with my system, something I didn't achieve with more than 5 different visits throughout a year with my old provider.
