Our AC went out completely and they were able to get a technician out to us within a few hours to take a look. Cole did a great job finding the problem and giving us different options for how to fix it. He was able to give us a temporary solution until the right part came in to feel comfortable again in our home. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone has been very personable and responsive. We have been pleased so far!

After freezing temperatures overnight, our outdoor faucet froze and the pipe burst. We had water in our kitchen and mudroom. We called Morris Jenkins and the dispatch woman was very apologetic about our situation and scheduled us within 4 hours. We highly recommend the priority advantage plan they sell because we have used it numerous times. The priority advantage plan has saved us money on parts and we receive urgent services. Thomas arrived to our house in a timely manner, diagnosed the issue, and provided us with multiple options for repairs. We selected our repair option and he was able to fix it within 1 hr. Thomas was very professional, polite and efficient! We highly recommend Morris Jenkins.

Sydney was awesome! He was on time very professional and courteous. He explained what he could and couldn't do very well. I called to get my dishwasher drain unclogged, which he was able to do. While he was doing that he noticed my garbage disposal, which I had given up on, wasn't working and went ahead and fixed it also. I am very pleased with Morris Jenkins and wish had signed up for the Priority service much sooner!

I had a fantastic experience. Jason came to look at my water heater which ended up being an electrical issue. He was able to diagnose the problem and get Mike (electrician) out to my home the same day. Mike was just as awesome and had the problem fixed quickly. I feel safe knowing that the electrical was fixed and our hot water is working! Both gentlemen were kind and professional and great communicators. I have a male stranger reactive dog so good communication is key for safety and peace of mind. I’m very satisfied and will use your services again. Thank you so much!

Extremely professional and very polite, quickly determined true source of issue making recommendations without pressure and alleviated the immediate problem. I have had excellent service by all the representatives that have come to my house to help take care of whatever problems I may have, but I have to say that Herbie is probably the best as far as friendliness and intelligence for what he did. I was very pleased with the service that he handled with the garbage disposal.
I know that he was really good because my cat Sasha watched him every minute and so saying that she was not afraid of him. She was just making sure he did a good job and he did.

We are selling our home and had a couple of minor issues that showed up on the inspection. Matt came out within less than an hour of my call, listened to everything that our inspector had asked for and then addressed it all quickly, efficiently and with a smile all while being constantly jumped on by my crazy dog. Great job Matt!

The technician, Tim, did an excellent job. He laid out all my options to repair or replace with all the detail and no pressure. I went with the deluxe replacement. Floor and wall connector literally look better now than before and the toilet is perfect. The removal, installation and cleanup all above par. Incredibly happy with this investment!!! Pat was amazing! From the moment he showed up it felt like I knew him for many years, except this was my first service appointment with company. I’ve not used Morris-Jenkins in the past, our unit is fairly new (5 years). The response from the company was great and Chase came out this morning and did a thorough check of our A/C unit. He went over detailed information on the problem we were having and our options for repair. We went over pictures (which he also sent to me) and descriptions of our entire setup. We selected the premium package and Chase executed the repairs very expeditiously. He did a fantastic job and was very personable. I will highly recommend M-J to neighbors and friends, I’ll also recommend Chase as the service technician they should request.
