Horne HVAC

Ryan was incredible professional and friendly. he did a very thorough job checking all of our HVAC and explained what we needed to replace in a way that I was able to understand. I highly recommend requesting Ryan for your repairs!!

Update 2/14/23: Their followup service has been impeccable. Their team - Bryan was my rep - is great and thorough. Everything I call the office I get help. I really like this company and will probably use them for years to come.

My heat went out during the cold front on December 22nd. I was frantic. We called Horne and they couldnt come out. We called around and Morris Jenkins was the only one that would come out and service us. They were finr but the system was old and dying so it went right back out the very next day.

We called Horne again to get someone out there because we have our service and maintenance plan with them. They came on the 24th. We knew we needed a new system so we asked for a quote. We did not receive it until the 28th. Don't get me wrong, I know it's the holidays and I am grateful they put their staff first. I also recognize this is an airbnb and although we had one bad guest experience the amount of time between outage to quote to repair was too long in my opinion.

The unit was eventually I stalled January 4th after multiple phonecalls but they did a great job. Unfortunately, I had to cancel 3 guests due to this unfortunate incident and timing of repair. I think what bothered me most is that we were unable to ge this fixed timing and it ruined someone else's holiday.

Overall, I like Horne's staff (everyone is polite and professional), their work quality, and pricing. I will continue to use them. I just hope that they are able to provide better support during cold snaps and holidays.

We are very pleased with the service that Nikkia Barkley provided on our A/C maintenance recently. She was very thorough, providing a detailed report with pictures and information on things that are good, and things that need to be addressed in the future to extend the life of our A/C unit.

We decided it was finally time to replace our 20+ year old HVAC system. We had Horne previously provide a quote and found their price and offering to fit our needs the best. Once we finally decided to move forward, Horne was able to have a sales technician visit us within 3 days. He (Hugh) was great in explaining all of our options to us to help us feel like we made the most educated decision. Our installation appointment was scheduled within 3 days of our downpayment which was very convenient. The technician's (Nick and Colby) communicated well and showed up promptly for the install. They kept our home very clean and we are very happy with the install. They also answered any questions that we had along the way. Overall we would definitely recommend Horne for any HVAC needs.
