Michael did a wonderful job repairing our A/C today! We called around 10 am and he was here by 1pm. He was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain his process and give us options for next steps. We felt confident with our decision and his work. He was very thorough! Our A/C is back up and running! Thanks Michael!

All City was great! Out of all companies I received bids, All City was the best value for removing all old duct work and replacing with new in a very tight crawl space. Jason, Eric, Gary and Jon were very professional and all great to work with. Each of them answer my questions thoroughly and taught me a few things about the HVAC systems. They even brought over temporary heaters during the week long project due to some chilly nights and they wanted to make sure we stayed comfortable. I would highly recommend using All City to my friends and family.

I purchased a new HVAC unit around a year and half ago from this company. I haven’t had any problems with the unit since they installed it new. I had regular maintenance done by Mike who was very professional. He looked over my unit and suggested I get a special filter for the unit. He explained why he recommended it and I understood why he would recommend it. I do own cats and have an elderly Dad with me so an air filter makes sense. Other than that my HVAC since purchased and installed by this company has been running great!!!!

I would highly recommend them. Everyone from their team was personable, professional, and overall did an awesome job (Gary, David, Ernie, John). They work very hard and clearly go the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. They were very responsive. They did additional work without increasing the cost. Overall, very happy with our experience with them.

I have been using All City Heat and Air for maintenance for several years and they have done repairs on one of my furnaces and one of my AC units. I decided to have them replace both units this year and they did a fantastic job, as always! The price was extremely reasonable (by far the best quote I received), it was obvious they knew what they were doing, they took the time to explain everything, and cleaned up after themselves. I truly can’t express how pleased I am with the job they did and their close attention to detail. Not only that, the crew members and two owners are personable, honest, and genuinely kind people!! I would highly recommend!!

Our technician, Tim, came to check on our air conditioning issue within an hour of calling. He was super kind and helpful, thorough in his investigation of the issue, and open to our questions.

I called All City around 12:30 pmand they arrived to my home around 2 pm the same day. The issue was discovered and resolved before 4 pm. They were responsive, helpful, and professional.

Upgraded and replaced a Heat Pump installed in 2006. Ernie and his crew did a wonderful job with the new, more efficient unit and Smart thermostat. Been with them for 20+ years. Maybe another twenty more. Thank you, All City staff!
