I have used Horne for 25 years. Always prompt service price is comparable they put it my 1st hvac system, redid the duct work after an electrical fire underneath the house They just put in my new unit within a day of saying yes. Highly recommend going with Horne

Our technicians were top of the line, and their work did not interfere with my ability to work from home whatsoever. Colby, Jose, and Nick were extremely professional, personable, and efficient, and I highly recommend their services!!

Our techs were Mason and Collin. They did a wonderful job coming in, getting started and getting finished. They were on time, friendly and I am very pleased with the results. I use this company for my Heating and Air service contract. This last inspection really saved our lives....literally. My upstairs furnace, I knew was old. It was about 32 years old. On the service, they test the Gas lines, the internal gas mechanisms etc. My upstairs furnace had some sort of crack, and was leaking trace amounts of Carbon Monoxide into our heating through our home. It was not enough to be picked up by our detectors, but it was enough to be picked up by their sensors. So they priced me a Trane Furnace, and had it installed on the next business day. I was told not to run my heat in the upstairs due to the danger. I really like this companies customer service and professionalism. Like I said, I have bought two Trane systems from them. The first system I had a rebate that I did not know about. They called me, and told me that since I had bought the system I had qualified for a rebate from Duke Energy. So they took care of it and I received my rebate. This last system, they sent me a really nice thank you gift with a Lunch box, and a package of specialty soft cookies. It was a very nice gesture. I have two more systems to replace, in time. One at a rental home that I have, and one more AC system for my current home. I will use them for both systems. I really appreciate all the service.

Horne did an amazing job. I have a tough Crawlspace to run new ductwork in- Theo and his assistant handled the challenge with no issues. Very polite, informative and hardworking! . Theo even caught a leaking spigot connection and alerted me to it. I wouldn’t have known otherwise - now I’ve gotten that repaired too! I have been using Horne for 16 years now and have been happy with my service. I would recommend them to others for sure. Thank you!

A typical maintenance appointment prompted search for a leak of AC fluid. Joseph showed perseverance as he searched inside and outside for the leak. He was then joined by a supervisor. They worked longer, then replaced the missing fluid. I am well satisfied with their work.

Joseph initially came to clean our HVAC and get it ready for the summer weather; however, he spent an extra hour + of his time helping me update/trouble shoot my Trane Home app. He was knowledgeable, patient and was able to get everything in working order.
