Horne HVAC

We had a problem with our HVAC unit leaking into our daughter’s room. When we called Horne, they answered the call right away, and there was a technician at our house within an hour — on a Saturday! Andrew (Long) diagnosed our problem quickly, and he had a repair prescribed and actually corrected the problem that another technician didn’t identify and fix fully. Andrew did a great job — he was professional, courteous, and he was in and out of our house quickly.

First visit and great first impression. Joseph was very professional and completed the inspection and cleaning really well. He even found the owners manual in a plastic folder behind one of the panels in my system with an ant nest on it. That could have caused an issue. Funny how my previous HVAC provider never found that on there 6 pervious visits???
I plan on using this provider going forward. Thank you

Nick came by to sort some hvac issues. He was knowledgable and friendly. He sorted the problem out and provided good recommendations for next steps. I signed up for a maintenance contract as a result. Will be using Horne going forward thanks to Nick's work.

Andrew from Horne HVAC arrived on time, evaluated the problem of low freon and dirty coils, explained the maintenance options and was very professional. A great guy and a satisfied customer. 🙂

Great experience here. Joe came out to fix our unit and was really efficient plus knowledgeable. Lona provided scheduling support including helping us wrap up the process. Her responses were kind and quick. Would book with them again.

Had a routine seasonal maintenance check up. Nikkia/Tim showed up promptly and were extremely professional. They even took extra steps to clean out all the dust and debris leftover from the previous company who installed my unit. Showed me exactly what maintenance they were performing and even took pictures so I would have them for future reference. Would definitely recommend Horne again for any seasonal maintenance contracts or HVAC issues. 10/10 service! Will only be using Horne from here on out.

My wife and I have used Horne at our home for annual maintenance on our HVAC system. We decided to have a new HVAC system installed due to the age of our current system, and Horne gave us a clear overview of our options. Their service has been exceptional, and their technicians Nick and Colby were absolutely first-rate in the installation process. I highly recommend them!

We have been Horne customers for a long time. Our old HVAC unit was showing its age and Tony our favorite technician - who is very experienced, knowledgeable and honest, gave us the breakdown of the new motor and coils which had gone bad after over a decade of service. We hence decided to go for a new unit instead. Forrest, Horne’s sales person came and saw our current system and duct vents etc. and guided us with the newer units and their benefits. He was patient with our questions, and we selected a HVAC with a higher SEER rating than our current one. Two days later we had Colby and Nick who came and installed the new unit. They were professional and even laid out floor protection so that nothing in our home would get dirty. They installed the unit answered our questions and gave us the information needed to use the unit.

On monitoring the unit we found that the cooling mode was not working and called Horne immediately. They sent Brian and Tony from their quality team, who inspected the system and found that some wires had got mixed up in the thermostat which they corrected immediately. Brian and Tony were very pleasant and professional to work with and were able to take care of the issue very quickly.

Further, we would like to mention Stacy at the office who was very great to work with. She was professional and pleasant and got things organized quickly for us. It was great experience overall and whom ever we worked with at Horne provided great service. Thank You!
