Everyone at Horne has been extremely helpful throughout the process of having my new HVAC system installed.
Sam was excellent in helping me choose a system that would meet our needs and didn't try to oversell their products. On the day of the install Colby, Jose, and Alex were on time and kept me up to date on their progress. They were very knowledgeable and professional in answering all my questions, and took the time to thoroughly explain the new system.

Just completed a HVAC install with Rene and Alex. They were knowledgeable, polite and worked extremely well together. Install was completed earlier than expected and we thankfully are on our way to cool!

Everyone at Horne heating and air conditioning are amazing. Stacy was so helpful in scheduling the appointments I needed for possible repair and installation. Johnathan was a great help and worked hard to find the cause of the issues. He was honest and upfront. He advised me regarding the next best steps, without being pushy or unkind, unlike Morris Jenkins. Theo and he parted (I hate that I forgot his name) were great at the install. They were very kind, thorough, and clean. They showed me how both the thermostat and the app work to control my settings. I am very pleased with my experience and will recommend their services to friends and family.

Tony Tsiamis worked on our home today and was great to work with. He explained everything super well so we knew exactly what needed to be repaired and why. Super professional and respectful of our home. Thanks again!

Came highly recommended via the Duke Energy Referral program. They did not disappoint. Bobby Strain was the technician that came out to take a look at the unit. He was professional, explained things very well and gave me all the options without pressuring me to do anything. I would highly recommend Horne HVAC and the employees they hire.

I had 4 different companies afford me an estimate to replace my HVAC systems. My present company - Horne and one other company were two top choices. Their estimates were not that far apart. However, The Horne Rep. was much more thorough in assessing my systems, listening to me, and responding very specifically to my questions. He offered what I was looking for and did not attempt to sell me "add-ons" or "upgrades". I also called him several times after he was here and before the installation crew was to be here with questions and concerns which he directly addressed. This company has serviced my systems for many years; and, they have kept it running for a total of 30 years. Given the professionalism and knowledge this
Rep. demonstrated and his willingness to respond to all of my questions and concerns I felt very comfortable in continuing to give Horne HVAC my continued business and proceed with the installation of a completely new HVAC system. As a side-note, let me say that I recognize the critical nature and importance of the INSTALLATION process. The three techs that arrived with my new equipment were very attentive to little details and checking everything. I'd recommend these people to anyone that is considering a new HVAC system.

Annual summer maintenance on HVAC. Ryan was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He was patient with my questions and seemed genuinely interested in helping me understand my system.

Also, he helped me ID and understand a device the Duke Energy had installed on my house to manage power which I will have removed. Ha.

The company was very responsive to my timing needs and very accommodating. They were able to show up next day and sent reminders of the appointments with pictures of who was scheduled to show up.

The installers, Theo and Nick, we very professional. They were efficient, quiet, and maintained a clean working area.
