    I used this firm for my moms home and it became very evident that the company was only concerned with how much money they could get out of her. Fortunately I pay the bills so let’s just say a lot of recommendations were made. They have become more concerned with how many dollars they can get from a customer, sad.

    I have contracted Bradham Brothers and the difference is night and day, as well as the difference in the price. We will definitely be using this company and leave Horne in the past. Don’t be fooled, get a second opinion as that one guy will sell you a new system if you need it or not. Lack of morals.

    Not sure if this is Chris or Larry, as I have spoken with both.I know this is the tactic you use , stating the customer isn’t in the customer data base so you go to Google to have it removed. Not happening this time. If it’s removed then I will show years of invoices from Horne Heating And AC to google to have it replaced ..

    Tevin worked 2 different days to determine what was wrong with our old AC unit and got the parts within the same week. When he was late arriving, we appreciate that he stayed until after 9 pm to be sure it was functioning. Another company tried to sell us a new unit which we could not afford instead of putting in the time to do any repairs.

    Today was the 2nd visit by Horne to my home and was for an A/C unit maintenance and inspection. The technician Joseph was very professional and so helpful in also replacing my air filters for me (I have one injured hand wrapped up at the moment). He was on time, explained his inspection with recommendations (but absolutely no pressure sales!).

    I signed up for Horne's maintenance plan after an emergency first time visit this past winter to fix an inoperable heating unit. At that time, I was worried about the need for a replacement unit but the technicians at that time found a small plugged line that once cleared fixed the problem entirely. I found the integrity at that time (and today) to be superb. I highly recommend Horne Heating.

    Just had to write a review for the service tech that came out last night. Destiney Johnson. Polite, professional, and just an all around nice person. She dove right in and found the problem. Explained it so we could understand, and had our air back up and running in no time. So shout out to Destiney!

    The technician, Tony Tsiamis, arrived on time, immediately diagnosed the HVAC problem and quickly made the appropriate repair. Tony was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. His explanation of the problem was presented in terms that were easy to understand. He is a true ambassador for the company.

    Horne did an amazing job installing a new heating and air system especially the technicians Colby, mason, Austin, and Jack! We will definitely be using them again for our HVAC needs and recommending them to our friends and family!

    Came highly recommended for mini split installation via the Duke Energy Referral program. They did not disappoint. They even sent a tech out for free to give me a second opinion on my existing system to validate indeed the repair costs would have outweighed full replacement. They sell Mitsubishi. I had a Fujitsu system prior (worst system I've ever experienced). Sales tech was the most thorough of any of the contractors that came out. I had some come out who didn't bother to even measure! Horne took pictures of everything and was responsive every time I had questions. I have requested a service contract as a result.

    We are longtime customers of Horne’s semiannual furnace and A/C tuneup services, and they are consistently excellent - on-time, knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful of our home. Joseph came and did our A/C tuneup today and was a pleasure to do business with in every way, which is what we have come to expect from Horne. We look forward to many more years of great service!

    Had an AC issue during a weekend and the Horne team was responsive, courteous, and efficient. John and his team - especially Tevin and Tony for this issue - are top notch!
