Horne HVAC

Destiny came today for the semi-annual service and check-up on our HVAC system. She was extremely professional, exceptional thorough, and very personable. I was very impressed with how she handled everything during her visit today.

Bobby came and diagnosed my water heater issue and recommended the solution (and saved a potentially tragic leak). Mason and Austin arrived early to install the new heater and repair another one. Horne employees are always so friendly, responsive and professional. From the initial phone call with Stacy and Bethany to the service to the follow up, I know I’m in good hands.

Very professional and thorough service provided by technicians Destiney & Tony. They found a leak in my AC system that I had a previous company tried to find with no luck. I signed up both my units for annual service. Detailed service and diagnostics report was provided to me along with my invoice. I was very pleased and satisfied with Horne Heating and AC and would highly recommend them!

Our furnace unexpectedly stopped working this morning and Horne Heating and Air was able to get a technician out within a few hours to help us. Joseph did a great job, he was professional and very helpful. He explained our problem in a way we could understand and helped lay out our options. He did a great job and helped us with a temporary fix until we can decide on a more permanent solution. I would highly recommend.

Destiney Johnson is an asset to Horne HVAC I found her to be very knowledgeable, honest, and pleasant to talk to about our heating problems. Out of 4 visits by several different technicians she was the only one to actually spend the time to cause the fault code to manifest itself thus creating a route to finally fix the intermittent problem. I will always in future ask for her by name with Horne HVAC

Colby, Jose and Nick M knocked it out of the park for us! Finished the replacement of our main system in 6 hours, making things better organized than the old system. Great job - highly recommend Horne and this crew in particular!

Horne is a bit different than other HVAC companies in the area- there was no sales pitch on something I might possibly need or it would be good if I had xx installed like some other more "gentle" companies. The tech, Destiney, was amazing. She came out to my home, on time, made sure my pet was always safe and secure, took time to show me before and after cleanings of my HVAC and AC units as well brought my mail in! I mean, I was having an active day at work (from home) and here was this tech making sure everything was working in my home. It builds trust in a company when you hire people that care and are motivated by getting the job done right and not trying to upsell me on items I really did not need. Thank you so much Horne! I signed up for the service contract because of the high integrity individual you sent to my home. Thank you Horne! If you want great service for your HVAC- look no further than Horne! Great Job! Glad I called you! Only thing I ask, is can I get the photos you showed me- my email was not correct, it is now in your system, but I would really like to see those photos so I can post here the amazing work you all did!

Forest came out to assess my system for possible replacement. I’ve been using another HVAC company since I bought my house to come out annually and assess my system for preventative maintenance. My furnace was purchased 12 years ago. Forest was able to see that the furnace was not installed correctly and that the two-stage functionality was not being utilized due to insufficient wiring. This is something that numerous technicians from many other companies have failed to spot. He gave me truly honest advice, only recommending what he thought I needed and not trying to sell me everything plus the kitchen sink and really did a great job establishing my trust. My wife was the one that let him in to do the inspection and I still haven’t met him in person, but he has already established more trust with me over the phone that I’ve have ever had with any other HVAC technician/salesman. Horn— Keep this guy!!!

Latest tech was Destiny and later Hugh came out to give us an estimate on an overhaul. We've always had good service and the latest tech and sales guy both get 5 stars as we have been used to with Horne. First time leaving a review.

Horne HVAC has been our providered for over 7 years.. They have proven time and time again to be a wonderful organization with Premier Customer Service... They have been far more than just affordable the have been understanding.. When We needed a new System, they offered a reasonable payment plan and was able to work with Us... Very few Businesses would have gone to the lengths they did... It's funny I don't think of them as a business... They are more like friends that just happen to run a HVAC business... Thank you Horne... Once again you have come through when needed the most...
