Horne HVAC

Great experience. Used Horne for a system inspection prior to buying our house. Our neighbors use them and highly recommended to them us. Tony Tsiamis was our tech and he was thorough, friendly and super helpful. Great work for a reasonable price.

Maintenance service appointment. Fred was astounding. He was professional and amicable. He seemed knowledgeable and was very courteous of my time and space. He informed me of what he was going to do and went about his work efficiently and thoroughly. The appointment block was 10-2pm. Fred called me around 8am saying I was his first stop and he was about hour away. He asked if was ok to show up early! Any other experience I’ve had with other vendors, the individual would’ve slept in and shown up midway through or towards the end of the appointment block. Great service indeed

We are waiting to set up service but I’m very impressed by the promptness and professionalism of Horne. I called this morning to set up an appointment for a quote and Sam was at our home about 30min after. He took his time and walked us through everything he was doing and why. He answered all of our questions and thankfully did not sugar coat anything. Looking forward to hearing back to set up our service but so far we’re impressed!!!

Bryan did a thorough job reviewing the install and answered over 25 questions I asked. He took his time in answering each one and his technical knowledge is impressive (as I also have experience in this space). Totally recommend Horne!

My go to for everything HVAC related! Their technicians (especially Destiny) are always professional, extremely knowledgeable and they don’t try to oversell on things you don’t need. Not to mention they worked me in to their schedule on a 90 degree day! Highly recommend!!

Joe was great! We called Horne Heat & Air for a second opinion on an issue we had with our AC blowing hot air. We initially were told by another HVAC company that our reversing valve was broken in our 1 year old AC unit. Upon arriving on time, Joe quickly identified the real issue (which was with our Google Neat thermostat, not the reversing valve) and had our AC up and running in less than 30 minutes. Joe was very responsive and professional - he even called with updates every 10 minutes or so. THANK YOU JOE & Horne Air because you saved us $1500 on something that was NOT broken and ensured we will have a cool summer!

We used to use another service but when our Air Conditioner broke down late on a Saturday the soonest they could come out until 4 days. Nate was able to send Joe from Horne Heating and Air and he came out within hours and got us up and running. They saved the day since it was a holiday weekend and had company.

Our unit was put in (by Horne) 5 years ago and was almost out of Freon. Not sure how that happens. We were told it would be 3 days before someone would come out but they came in 2. So that was a positive. It was very expensive to add the Freon. Jonathan was the service guy and he was very friendly and helpful. Apparently, you can stop a Trane

Update: Horne went above and beyond by fixing our problem. The owner called to make sure we knew that he would stand by their product and service. Jonathan and (?? Can’t remember who helped) were excellent and gave great service

It was great to finally have a honest Technician Bobby S., who explained everything, addressed and resolved the problem, and was extremely punctual. This is really hard to find now days. I am truly grateful to Bobby and the Horne Heating & Air. So I’ll be SURE to tell a friend about my new friends!
