Horne HVAC

After the positive experience that I had with Horne when they serviced my Goodman furnace, I decided to ask Horne for a proposal to replace my A/C and furnace. Horne sent their engineer, Forrest Legere, who handles analysis and proposals for customers interested in new HVAC systems. Forrest was punctual, respectful, very thorough and knowledgeable, and sensitive to my budgetary limits. His proposal was very thorough and the company was able to arrange financing for me for the full price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Forest and Horne HVAC, to anyone in the Charlotte area interested in a new HVAC system. You won't regret it.

Felt Joseph was trustworthy and knowledgeable. No pressure for membership but did mention it. I definitely recommend and will use in the future.

Joseph came to do our system check-up on the units Horne installed two years ago. He was prompt, courteous, thorough and took time to explain the app to me. I highly recommend Horne for all your HVAC needs!

Used them again for HVAC installation in the attic today. Super service by Mason and Austin!!! Both were just wonderful!! They were on time and in and out very fast. They cleaned up perfectly and made sure everything was in working order. It is really nice to deal with such a quality company and its staff!!!

Theo was respectful of myself, our home, and my meetings as I worked from home while our new HVAC was being installed. The whole process with the whole team was great and on time.

Had a top of the line HVAC unit installed by Horne in 2019. They did a great job with the installation. However, I had to have a new zone panel replace in February 2023. The part was under warranty, but I had to pay for labor. For less than 3 hours of work, I was charged $555 plus tax, for a total just shy of $600. I was informed that they price at a flat rate and even if it took only 5 minutes, the $555 price would remain the same and that it included the cost for shipping the part back to Trane. I find this outrageous and a form of price gouging. I did pay the price as it needed to be fixed in order for the system to run properly; however, I will be looking elsewhere to have my unit serviced.

Jason Payseur, this review is specifically for him. We had some issues with our fairly new heating unit. It looked like a puzzle that could not be solved. For some of us people that have been around , we know an old school knowledgeable mechanic when we see one . I will tell you that when Jason shows up at your door? know this, that is exactly what you are getting. Jason is polite, friendly, communicative and most of all, knowledgeable in solving riddles. Horne HVAC should be extremely thankful and grateful that they have Jason to represent and be the face of their company. He is the person that goes out and makes it happen. If I were the owner, I would give Jason a couple of days off paid or better yet even a raise. I say this because he is on the front line. He is the face of this company and he is the person that solved our riddle. So when people call this company and they get Jason at their door they are getting an encyclopedia of knowledge and a ton of experience that gets the job done and that's what keeps these companies going. If you're in need of any type of repair or problem solving , ask for Jason and don't forget to let someone know what a great experience you've had because that's what keeps them going. Someone recognizing their talents and letting others know. Thank you Jason!

Horne has been our HVAC go to for many years now. Joseph was our tech for yearly A/C maintenance check and was very capable. Many thanks to all at Horne for the years of reliable work and exceptional service!

Mason and Wriston did a fantastic job replacing my old HVAC system. Horne HVAC needs to hire more professionals like these two. Great job guys , you made our day. I would also like to add Bryan Hala who did my inspections. He did a great job checking out my eqt . I never had anyone do a job as thorough as he did. He was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Excellent job Bryan. Horne HVAC has people that continue to impress me.
