Andersen Heating & Cooling

I cannot say enough good things about Andersen Heating & Cooling. They recently installed two new Rheem 2.5 ton units outside our home and two new furnaces in the attic. Hector took the time to explain the different options for brands and pricing. He was terrific and answered all of our questions. Omar did the actual installation. I was very nervous about getting new air conditioning, but Omar is a professional. He completed installation with no issues. Everything went very smooth. Hector has been back to our home to make sure everything is working perfectly after installation. Whenever I need something or have a question, Hector responds right away. You can't beat the customer service and professionalism of this company. I highly recommend them.

No one wants to replace their furnace! Let alone two of them!! But that is what we did today and we couldn’t have had a better technician! When Hector explained the systems to us and we decided to go with him - he told us we needed Omar on the installation job. Boy was he right! Omar knows his stuff and takes the time to explain everything. Omar and his assistant Mason did a fabulous job. We had a slight office miscommunication (through no fault of Omars) and the folks at Andersen were very helpful and efficient in remedying the situation asap. In this world where no one seems to want to work and companies are having a hard time getting and keeping great employees - I hope the owners at Andersen know how lucky they are to have employees like Hector, Omar and Mason! These people were professional, knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish!

The team that installed at 1904 Colony Line Court were very Professional and work was of great quality..I recommend them 5 stars....Great Job...

Nelson (tech) came out to diagnose heat system failure. He had good communication and explained the problem and what he was doing to repair it. He was pleasant and professional.
When the heat failed again a few days later Nelson returned and got the heat going again but recommended that we replace the system which was 16 years old.
Omar and Masin came out as scheduled about 9 days later and installed the new HVAC system. It was a difficult install due to the limited attic access and required moving a washer and dryer.
Both Omar and Masin were polite, professional, and answered any questions that I had. Omar was especially knowledgeable.
I would HIGHLY recommend all three of these gentlemen if you require repair or installation of your HVAC.
Andersen is definitely NOT cheap but they provide excellent service so it is worth it!

Our basement furnace quit working. Andersen Heating & Cooling was very responsive and sent out a tech right away, diagnosing a burned out blower motor. He quoted, both, the replacement of the motor and getting a new HVAC system. We decided to get a new system and it was installed by Andersen within three days. The installers did a great job with a challenging installation, were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves very well. We will definitely use Andersen again.

I replaced my HVAC system on 11/29 and was very satisfied with this installation. The technician Omar Abundez Masid arrived on time carefully removed the old system and installed the new system without any problem. He explained how to use the new thermostat and he and is helper did a great cleanup job. I have used Andersen for over 10 years and would highly recommend them. Thanks Omar!

Everyone we worked w/ at Andersen was extremely professional, helpful, and accommodating. We reached out after hours on a Thursday and received contact first thing Friday morning and Jason came out by mid-day and went above and beyond by thoroughly walked us through everything. He made sure we were all set and was incredibly patient and polite.

Shoutout to Darwin and Tevin for excellent customer service, professionalism and punctuality. They were very polite and knowledgeable. Definitely glad I choose this company.

This is the second time using Andersen Heating & Cooling. This time for my mom who was in need of a new HVAC system.
They responded quickly to my call, came out that same day and gave us a quote.
Jason Harmon done his inspection and showed us the issues that needed addressing and made appropriate recommendations. He then gave us an estimate and set up a date to come out and install. He was very prompt, polite, efficient, professional and courteous.

The technicians that done the installation were very courteous and competent. They wore foot covers over their shoes and kept the work place very tidy. They worked very hard but got the unit installed in one day. They talked us through the thermostat and how to maintain the desired temperature.
Everyone had great work ethics and we would definitely use them again.
