Hector did an inspection of our existing HVAC and found it was in bad shape (15 years old). We received an estimate for a replacement unit on the same day and the installation team was scheduled for 3 days later. The installation team (Omar and Nolan) arrived right on-time and had the new unit installed and operating in just 3.5 hours. I'm very happy with the service !!

Nelson, the Service Tech who visited, was able to diagnose the problem the first time. We had a secondary issue, thought to be related to the first but was separate, and he solved the issue quickly and efficiently. He made a few suggestions for me to watch out for, as well as I may have some upcoming issues with my 6 yr old system installed by the builder. A very professional technician. The call center was highly professional as well. They took the call right away, checked the schedule, and worked me in as they knew where their techs are located in relation to my address. An efficient office and scheduling. Good communication all around, and everyone I spoke to or encountered on the two visits left me with a positive impression.

We have been Andersen customers for over 20 years. They have always been cordial and professional when servicing our equipment. We have been very happy with the service.
Now that we are elderly the technician changes our filters for us and we appreciate this so much. We just have the filters ready and do not even ask...the technician just offers.

The two technicians that showed up to replace an AC unit were awesome. Shout out to Allen and Dalton for being professional, courteous and resourceful. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond when it came to the installation of the new AC unit. They walked me through each step and were very informative. I highly recommend Andersen H&C to anyone who is looking for any type of service for their house.
