The service I received from the initial inspection to the follow up call to the installation was very impressive. As a first-time homeowner I felt so covered by their responsiveness and attention to every little detail - giving me much needed peace of mind that I was getting the best quality products for my budget. I'm so grateful for Andersen Heating & Cooling and will recommend them to all my friends and family!

Andersen Heating & Cooling installed a new Rheem split system in May 2022. This system replaced a Comfortmaker system was was installed as new construction in 2011 and had developed a leak in the A-coil. The installation technicians for the new system were excellent. They knew their craft and were very professional. The new unit is efficient and quiet. When the unit was six months old, though, we noticed the house was significantly colder than the thermostat settings. The thermostats were showing that the system had failed to run for the previous day and a half. The furnace was failing to fire (ignition failure code displayed). I called Andersen after checking the rest of the system to verify no issues with the remainder of the system or the Honeywell zone controller, and they able to work me in for a warranty call, even thought the technicians were covered up. When the technician arrived to further troubleshoot, the failure could not be replicated, after attempting several configurations to make it fail. He agreed that the likelihood was an intermittent failure of the control board or gas valve solenoid. The failure has still not presented itself again, but I really appreciate the response from the technician, who worked with me to find the issue, and for Andersen doing what they could to satisfy their customer. I also appreciate not replacing parts just to replace parts in hopes of finding a problem. I will continue being an Andersen client, and would recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Updated: Failure to ignite began recurring. Contacted Andersen and was able to discuss troubleshooting with technician. Unable to narrow down to issue being board or valve (board controls ignition timing and signals to valve), both were replaced. Unfortunately, a couple of days after that, failure to ignite occurred again. Similar discussion with technician, in that the failure was not making any sense. Replaced valve again, and the unit is working reliably. I just really appreciate the responsiveness of Andersen to address the issue. I think the Rheem unit is a good unit, very quiet and efficient. Seems to be a case of infant mortality which can occur with electronics.

I sent a message out Saturday evening and they called back that night. Had a tech at my condo first thing Sunday morning. Unit is about 15 years old and on the roof. Hector was great and didn't let that stop him. Quickly gave me my options and worked through everything. 10 out of 10 times would call again.

From my first call with Lori after hours, to Jason showing up when he said and his delivering of all the options to let me choose best path forward by his explaining the situation thoroughly, to Jennifer following up quickly and handling all the scheduling, to Darwin and Tevin showing up on time and executing a clean and thorough install, with attention to all the details, my experience with the Andersen team was top notch. Every employee was courteous and responsive and I’m pleased with my new AC system and my choice in Andersen.

The tech Nelson G. With Andersen Heating and Cooling did an amazing job. He new right away how to fix our really old hvac system. In fact Andersen was our second opinion. Thank goodness we chose them because Nelson is knowledgeable and honest. And we will be getting a new system put in using them too. If you want a company that is honest with you and knowledgeable then go with Andersen.

Andersen Heating & Cooling is great! I've been a customer for 17 years. They have provided excellent service over the years. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. Had to replace the A/C unit in 2019 and Hector provided advice on which unit to buy. They also offer emergency service which I've used twice.

We have used Andersen since we bought our home. They replaced the original units 17 years ago. As these units were finally wearing out, we decided to use them again. Elvis and Nolan did a fantastic job. They know their stuff! They were professional and honestly nice. The office staff has always been great and easy to work with. And the routine maintenance keeps things in great shape. I can’t imagine using anyone else.

Our heating system went out during an extremely cold spell last winter. The service we received from Andersen Heating and Cooling was exceptional. They fixed the problem quickly, and they followed up the next day to make sure everything was still going well.

Great experience! Fast, friendly, and easy to work with. We had to replace our heating system and Andersen was able to complete the work within 48 hours of scheduling. The crew was courteous and professional. They kept a clean site and finished within a few hours (removal and install). I would recommend them to anyone in their service area - thanks again!
