Andersen Heating & Cooling

I called Andersen today to have my Heater fixed. The response to my call was timely. The technician, Jason arrived. He was personable, thorough and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. He set me up on a reasonably priced maintenance plan. We had an ice storm yesterday and I appreciate him coming to the house today. I would recommend Jason and Andersen no doubt. I will use you all again. Thank you.

Outstanding service all around. Last night I noticed a major leak due to an unsealed pipe in the upstairs unit in my attic. I called Brian and his customer service rep had Jason come at 10:30 PM to address the issue (all within 1-2 hours). Jason quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue.

My air went out in the middle of summer of course so I looked a some places online and Anderson had great reviews so I called an made an appt. Hector came out and inspected the unit and gave me the news that it would have to be replaced because it was a very old (1990's) unit. He went over everything thoroughly answered all questions and gave the unit options, prices, payment options, potential rebates and we set the appt. On the appt day Omar, Masin , and Angel came out on a very hot day and in a few hours got everything installed including ac unit new thermostat and carbon monoxide detectors. Omar explained how to use new thermostat as it was a new wifi connected model unlike the old one. Everyone I have dealt with from Andersen in person and over the phone has been completely professional, polite and courteous. I'm so happy to be cool in my house again. Anderson will be my first call for any AC issues I have in the future.

These guys provided great service. Jason was very helpful and friendly when he came by the property to quote the replacement. The next morning, Dalton was able to come by to install the replacement system. Quick, clean, polite and proper communication -- overall, a pleasant experience.

We had a great experience with the team from Andersen Heating and Cooling for the installation of our new HVAC system. We were impressed by the service provided by Hector, Omar, and Mason. They were all very friendly, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. Most impressive was their patience with all of our questions after a long day of installation.

I have been using Andersen Heating and cooling since we moved to the area 4 years ago. They are extremely professional, reliable, as well as affordable.
Today’s service call was handled by Jason. He was extremely thorough with his service and actually did some troubleshooting of issue I didn’t know I had. I highly recommend the annual service contract. You won’t be disappointed.

Jason was easy to work with. He explained the benefits of the system being installed and how it would work. He was a professional at all times and answered my questions so I could understand. I am a widow and I have been taken advantage of my companies because I did not have the knowledge I needed to really understand what I the job was and would do. Jason put me at ease and made sure I understood the equipment and installation service.

I would recommend this company and Jason to anyone needing a professional knowledgeable heating and cooling service engineer.

We had a new Trane HVAC system installed by Anderson. We have been using Anderson since our move to Charlotte 14 years ago and have been extremely satisfied with their level of service. Omar Abundez and Mason were our technicians and they were wonderful.; professional, caring and careful. They arrived on time and completed the work in less time than estimated. Fully cleaned the work area. The previous week Omar was out to service our old system and had to deliver the news that our air compressor was shot. I was not happy yet he remained calm and professional, listened to my concerns and I ended purchasing an entire new system. I highly recommend Anderson Services and am confident they will continue to serve us well in the coming years. Service technicians like Omar and Mason gave us conficence in the work and were caring and professional. Would give more than 5 stars if able. Thank you.
