We are very pleased with the installation of our new gas pack on April 3, 2023. Elvis and Nolan were very professional and efficient as well as informative and courteous. They did not rush the installation and answered all questions. We highly recommend Andersen and have been customers for over 30 years.

We have used Andersen for 13 years!!! Just had new furnace installed and they did the best job! Jake was so helpful and great to work with. The company has always been great for service and the quality of work has been the best! I recommend this company to everyone.

Jason Harmon from Andersen was very professional and arrived quickly, listened to my details of what the HVAC system was & was not doing, and had a process that quickly checked & improved several things on a path leading to a final diagnosis of a NEST thermostat base that was bad.
Service cost was minimal due to his methodical approach to quickly checking & eliminating problems to eventually isolate the main issue.

First of all, I would like to thank Hector for all his help in guiding us towards the most efficient and cost-effective system for our home. Omar and Masin did a fantastic and very professional job installing our system. They completely removed the old furnace (which was in the attic) and AC unit and installed the new system in a very short time! Omar took extra time to explain the new thermostat to us while Masin made it look like they were never even there. Lauren in the office made sure everything went smoothly even with a few last-minute changes. We highly recommend Andersen Heating & Cooling and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

We had our heating and AC units replaced by Omar Abundez Masen. He and his assistant did a great job in putting the units in and keeping us updated as to how things were moving ahead. Both were very professional and efficient in their work. I would recommend them to anyone. Omar also insured that we were able to work the new thermostat with no issue and took pictures f=of his work to make sure we felt good about how the upstairs unit looked. Thanks for a great job!

Hector, the technician, came out for a new service maintenance. After consultation, it was recommended that I have installed a new system. I have been having problems with the coolant for the past several years. My former technician became upset when I received a second opinion from Anderson and dropped me as a client without any notification. God does work on wonderous ways.

A present client recommended Anderson and gave high praise for Hector. I DEEPLY APPRECIATE the time, patience and expertise of your technician. He explained and showed ALL of the ramifications of the problems and gave me options to choose in rectifying my problem.

Great experience. Our furnace went on the Christmas Eve freeze. They were able to install a new system on the 30th. I do wish it could have been installed sooner, since our pipes were frozen for a few days, but we made do.
