This store has always had what i needed and at a good price. Service personnel are great also, very helpful.

I gave a bad review because they didn’t have in stock after the website said they had 2 and I already ordered it. The store manager called me and said they had found the product. She was very polite explaining what happened. She was very professional. The press is set up and working perfectly. Thank y’all

Angel at the service department was so helpful and nice! I looked for my pressure washer motor so many places and nothing but first try found here!!

They charge you 60.00$ to find out what is wrong with your lawnmower, weed eater,etc. Then you pay to have someone to fix it.I know what's wrong, but they still wanted to charge me $60 bucks, that's CRAZY!!!.

They close at 8pm on sat.... We arrived at 745pm in a panic bc we needed a drop down hitch before we left to go out of town
They gave us outstanding customer service even at closing time and.. wheeled our cart out for us. Keep up that awesome attitude guys!😉

I’ve shopped here for years, spent a lot of money here, especially on pressure washing parts due to running a cleaning company. Not anymore though, worst customer service ever. Needed a few filters and was pretty much told sorry they are “in the back and we’re not going back there to find them”….. or even attempt to help me out. A whole Saturday of production out the window for me, I refuse to shop here again. Looks like Amazon has my filters for half the price anyway. Thanks Northern tool.
