Darwin and Tevin were professional, friendly, and did a great job installing my new American Standard HVAC unit. They were patient and didn’t leave until they cleaned up, made sure everything was working, and showed me how to use the thermostat. Hector was also great in inspecting and giving me options to best suit my needs. Highly recommend the Andersen team.

Andersen Heating and Cooling has handled all of our heating and air needs since we built our home 16 yrs ago. They are always very responsive and professional. A year ago, Duncan performed our regular scheduled maintenance and gave us a heads up that the original upstairs heat was getting older and may need to be replaced soon. So we weren’t surprised when it stopped working this winter. Hector, Omar and Mason assisted in replacing our the unit. They were timely, efficient and polite. It’s nice to have a reliable company for our heating and air needs.

Cannot recommend Andersen enough! Been using them for their general maintenance and then had them install a completely new HVAC system for our new home. Very knowledgeable, professional & get the job done quickly. Wouldn’t have anyone else handle our HVAC needs.

We have used Andersen for our HVAC system for well over a decade now. They have always been responsive, courteous and easy to work with. However after our most recent experience we were motivated to share with other customers just what an OUTSTANDING company this is.
On Christmas Eve, after suffering through a power outage of 6 hours, our furnace stopped blowing hot air. At 6pm we called Andersen for service and got a call back in a few minutes. They confirmed that they had technicians out and that we had been added to the list of stops.
When Jonathan our technician arrived it was almost 10pm and our house had gotten quite cool. Despite having to work Christmas Eve he was cheerful and focused on getting our problem resolved. After a short time he had run through some checks, made some adjustments and gotten the system running again. He explained what the causes might have been and what to keep an eye out for. After making sure everything was running as it should he headed out for yet another call that evening.
Jonathan and the whole Andersen team is wonderful and we cannot recommend them enough. They provided us a warm winters nap for Christmas! Thank you!

We could not be happier with the Andersen Heating representatives who came to our home to install a new furnace. Hector, Omar and Masin were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They were respectful of our home. Stayed long enough to explain everything and answer all our questions. I wanted to ask them all to stay for dinner! what a great crew.

The team was on time, courteous and professional. The team leader, Omar, explained everything they were doing and why. He checked in with us during the day and the installation. When completed, he went over everything with us and made sure to answer all of our questions.

Garrett and Paul were timely, professional and got our installations done. It was a great experience. And Andersen H&C has been servicing our prior units for years. It's a reliable company that we've been very happy with.

Andersen is a professional company with great technicians. Jason just came by to trouble shoot a furnace issue, methodically diagnosed then explained the issue, very professional and knows his stuff. Folks like Jason is why I keep using Anderesen and highly recommend them.

Today I was absolutely wowed by the service and professionalism I received from Andersen heating and cooling. Hector diagnosed my AC problem, proposed solutions and promptly fixed it. This was after I had gotten an incorrect diagnosis from Morris Jenkins that would have costed me dearly. Of course I signed up for Andersen's maintenance program immediately and I'm sticking with these guys from here on out.
