Jason came to perform our prepaid maintenance visit today. He was on time and professional. He was extremely thorough with his inspection and was able to offer suggestions for services we will need in the not so distant future. He also took the time to answer other questions that I had about our system and setup the thermostat to run the way I wanted. I would highly recommend Andersen and especially Jason for your HVAC needs.

Just had Anderson Heating and Cooling out to my house to do maintenance on my A/C unit... These guys are fantastic! Melissa who I spoke with on my initial call was very pleasant and booked my appointment very quickly (great first impression). The technician Jonathan showed up five minutes before his 12:00pm appointment time and this guy is AWESOME!. Very knowledgeable, polite, and customer service driven. In a day when it is really hard to find good customer service, Anderson Heating and Cooling is knocking it out of the park. They will be my referral, hands down.

I called Andersen when my A/C started to have issues. A very personal, professional technician arrived the same day, diagnosed the problem, and gave quotes for a repair or a new system. I elected to go with a new system. On the scheduled installation date, the technicians arrived on time, kept me advised as to their status, and completed the installation with no issues. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional. My new system is wonderful and I am very pleased with the entire process.

Anderson Air was very professional and prompt to call back when I called them that our air had gone out last week. They came out repaired what needed to be fixed and we even ordered a new system since our unit was so old and on the brink of death! They came today to install and was very nice and professional. The tech explained everything with the new system. 5 stars!

We had to have our HVAC system replaced this year. We have been a maintenance customer with Anderson for several years. After shopping around to compare pricing and products, we ended up choosing Andersen to replace our system. The overall experience was wonderful and highly professional. Jennifer answered multiple calls from me while I asked so many questions. She was patient with me and very knowledgeable.

Omar, Erwin and Nelson were our install team. Omar explained to me the procedure prior to starting which was helpful. The team was very careful in covering our floors with drop cloths to ensure there was no damage. Omar updated me during the day as needed. After install the area was very neat and clean. Omar answered many questions and reviewed follow up procedures regarding the warranty and county inspection. If you are looking for a quality, professional and financially competitive experience, I highly recommend Andersen Heating and Cooling and even requesting Omar and his team.
