Roy’s was amazing, Jason was wonderful and super helpful. He was honest and gave me quotes for ever option possible and talked me through them before making my decision. 10/10 would have Roy’s and Jason come back ever time I have a problem

This is my second review for Roy's and I remain as pleased as I was before. My 1846 built home had drain issues. My technician, Mike, deserves many kudos. He went above and beyond to help. He was hard working, respectful, diligent, pleasant and knowledgeable. Regarding the HARD work Mike did here, I say he deserves a day off and a massage! ( Literally! ) Thank you so much Mike.

Spent 10k on a few different projects that needed to be fixed when we bought the home. After seeing that I was willing to spend money I asked for a estimate for my 6x8 bathroom. 25k was the estimate…what a rip off!! Do not use these guys!!

AT 6:30 A.M. we realized our AC wasn't working. Called and got a very professional knowledgable customer service rep who decribed what would happen very well. Got an immediate call from a tech who kept in touch as he moved through other appointments and then arrived to do a rapid assessment and the system was repaired within minutes! Breathing easy now. These folks are the best.

A technician named Roger came out to my house back in March (5 months ago), looked at my radiator briefly and told me what I already know. It's broken and needs to be replaced. Didn't seem very experienced with this type of work, didn't offer much advice. He promised to look into what models would be available that could replace my radiator, and I still have not heard from him. He charged $97 to do nothing.

Our experience with Roy’s was very disappointing and frustrating. We contacted them for a service call as they were the company that originally installed the furnace that needed to be fixed. When the technician arrived, he told us he would be unable to access the furnace with assistance from a plumber. When the plumber from Roy’s arrived the next day, he seemed unsure as to why he had been called and quoted an astronomical service fee for fixing the problem that would allow the furnace tech to fix the furnace problem. The entire experience was frustrating - all of the service and office people seemed to be doing their best, but it confirmed for us that Roy’s is a company to avoid.

Had water backing up into house. Called Roy's based on Google reviews & Google guarantee. WOW, super expensive, but seemed knowledgeable. We have a home warranty which wanted a simple snaking done prior to doing anything more invasive. Plumber told them that won't work, must be hydro flush. Home warranty denied claim & would not allow us to get another opinion, so the expense was all out of pocket. Hydro flush done, they could not clear anything. Claimed could not find vent outside & the entire yard had to be dug up. THOUSANDS of dollars. Toilet was put back & an estimate would be sent. Since that day the toilet is leaking, it was not put back correctly. Called to have someone come to fix it & they will not send anyone for 5 or 6 days, even though they caused the problem & the floor is being ruined. **** FYI **** I called another company. They had NO PROBLEM SNAKING & CLEARING THE LINE. Also did not need to dig up the entire yard to find the vent. They used a simple metal detector.
