Our technician, Chris S, was very professional, courteous and polite, introducing himself immediately. He then proceeded to provide outstanding customer service and an excellent customer experience, taking care of a water pipe leak we called about and another water pipe leak I had noticed just prior to him arriving. He worked quickly to repair the water pipe leaks, and completed the work leaving no mess leftover for us to clean up after. He diagnosed a toilet leak as needing a new wax seal, and upon our request to examine the current condition of the toilet, was able to provide us valuable information so that we could make a financially wise, educated decision to schedule a future appointment to replace the toilet, instead of simply replacing the seal (which he was more than willing to do, not pushy at all). Chris S was the ideal tech, extremely qualified and personable, and someone I would highly recommend! I will definitely be calling Reimer for future plumbing, heating and cooling needs.

The toilet has been installed, technicians Todd T and Sam showed the same professionalism and expertise that seems to be a common theme with Reimer. Old toilet was removed and new toilet installed quickly and with no mess left to clean up. Again, I highly recommend Reimer!

Andrew came within a few hours of my call to them. My air conditioning was not working properly. He diagnosed the issues and determined I needed a new unit. While here I asked him to look at my furnace also as it it older and has given me a few problems this past winter. We discussed the problems and decided it was best to change both units out at this time. He spent a lot of time explaining the cost and cost effectiveness of different units. He helped me with financing it so it will work best for me. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable about his job.I would Recommend him to anyone. The picture is my room temp when he came out, will post another once it’s installed.

Our air conditioning system was not working properly and Reimer sent technician Andrew Westpfahl out to our home to diagnose the issue. After looking everything over, he did a great job in explaining the situation and all our options to resolve the problem. My wife and I decided to go with a brand new furnace and A/C system for peace of mind and Andrew went above and beyond to get us set up. The following morning they sent an installation crew (Gavin Zaczek and Tyler Barnes) out to begin the job. These guys did a fantastic job of installing the new A/C system, furnace, and digital thermostat. They also did such a good job cleaning up, that you wouldn’t even know an installation took place. These technicians were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Reimer - hands down, the best there was, the best there is, and the best there ever will be!

Mitch was very knowledgeable and explained the options we had available for a replacement hot water tank. Also, he was explaining the work that would be done and the benefits to becoming members.
Todd and Sam were very professional, courteous, and helpful with the installation of our new tankless hot water tank. They answered all our questions and accommodated a request we had. I would absolutely recommend Reimer for any heating/cooling, or plumbing needs!

Andrew & James were very professional & thorough as well as being very nice guys. James explained completely, in language I understood, what was wrong with my air conditioner & my options for repair or replacement. I will Definitely ask for his services again

Talk about professional, responsive and considerate! This company has been all that and more since we had them install a new AC system four years ago and then again last year replaced an old boiler system with a new combi, boiler wall unit. We can't say enough good things about the employees that were here doing the work, the service maintenance men, and the office staff. Everything has worked well as promised. We have no worries about the great comfort we have had between the heating and cooling in our home or in the future. We know they will take care of us.

Chris and his team installed a tankless water heater today (6/6/23) and did a fantastic job. They were very professional, timely and did a fantastic job explaining how the system works and addressing my questions. Would recommend them to anyone.

I called on Friday 2/10/23 to inquire about a boiler estimate. Greg came Monday 2/13/23 and our boiler was installed 2/14/23 and functional in 1 days time. Nick and Robert came on 2/14 for the install and did a great job. Great upgrade to an HE boiler. Reimer made this process Amazing. I’d recommend them to anyone. Pictured is a before and after.
