I had a total kitchen remodel done by Roy’s and I absolutely love my new kitchen. They did a wonder job. They were very respectful and cleaned up ever night after working. Yes I would recommend them.

Although I recently bought my house with a home inspection, I wanted a more thorough assessment of any unknown issues. Steve Martin came to my house and first answered all my questions that were raised during the home inspection. He then performed a thorough inspection of the heating and air conditioning systems. He presented the results with basic, better and best repair scenarios. We prioritized the most pertinent and time-sensitive repairs and I purchased the contract. I feel much more knowledgeable about my systems and I feel relaxed knowing Roy's (and Steve who was amazing) is just a call away.

As a female, I have not always had the greatest experience with repair people - this has not been the case with Roy's. We've used Roy's for electrical, plumbing and heating. They've always been extremely courteous, prompt and thorough.

We had them install recessed lights in our upstairs hallway and bedrooms, 17 in total including adding dimmer switches. They completed the job in less than one day!

They do our furnace checks, replaced our water heater to a tankless water heater and installed our toilet and faucet in the guest bathroom. All done quickly and expertly.

We recently had a leak in our kitchen ceiling due to the bathroom shower upstairs. Jeff and Nick were able to come the same day and investigate to find the issue. They recommended a few options and explained the risks for each. Before they left, they were able to schedule our next appointment.

I would highly recommend them if you want the job done right! Plus it's woman owned and a local business.

We could not have been more pleased with your employee Thomas Olson who came out to our house today. He came out to fix our faucet and ended up also replacing our sump pump. He was more than thorough explaining everything to us and making sure everything was fixed to perfection. He is certainly an asset to Roy's! The best way for me to describe the service I received is disappointed. I had high hopes, from all the positive comments, that this company would do a great job installing my toilets but it did not turn out very well at all. I purchased 2 Toto toilets at a cost of over $1000.00. I called Roy's to have these 2 toilets installed. When the technician left, one toilet was installed properly and the other one was NOT. I was charged $700 to install 2 toilets and only one was left done correctly. The technician appeared to be knowledgeable but his options to correct the situation were poor at best. He said the floor was not level enough to make the toilet level and that I had 2 options. He could remove the new toilet and put the old one back in place OR he could call in their "design team" to correct the floor. Neither of these options was acceptable to me and I certainly didn't want to throw good money after bad so I declined their "options". I have since called in another service who will be able to correct what needed to be done in the first place at a minimal cost. No "design team" was needed and I was told that the problem was easily solved. SO, for $700 I got one toilet installed properly and one that leans to one side. To say I am disgusted is an understatement. I never questioned their $700 installation charge and I paid my bill promptly but I feel as if I was overcharged for a less than stellar job. Under these circumstances I would NOT recommend this service to others.

I recently hired Roy's Plumbing for a waterproofing project, and I have to say that their customer service was outstanding. They were responsive to my needs and made me feel appreciated from the first phone conversation and the appointment with Dan.

When the team arrived for the underground sump pump line install, they were skilled and friendly. They took great care to preserve my home while they worked. They were knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, answering all of my questions.

The quality of their work amazed me. The crew worked quickly and effectively. Overall, I had a great experience with Roys and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of waterproofing services.

Excellent service and a great price. They showed up on time and were in and out. Dan our installer was kind and courteous. He even dealt with my psycho 7lb pound dog barking at him, with a smile. He explained everything prior to and after the instalation. This company did our our furnace repair last year as well and I've had the same experience now twice on a row. I highly recommend Roy's and am now a life long customer. Don't waste your time calling a contractor who doesn't show up or return your calls. Call Roy's instead...

Steve Martin was my technician today.
He was totally personable, professional, and concerned of my needs without adding any pressure for me to upgrade some things. And he also disposed of a mouse that was in my air conditioner. Roy’s should share they’re hiring practice with other companies if Steve is a sample of who Roy’s hires.

I discovered Roy’s through the home show and cannot say how professional and courteous they were. I had the pleasure of having Taylor come three times now. He came for a huge plugged double sink/garbage disposal and told me about the member deal. It was the best recommendation ever. . He fixed the drains quickly and explained it all then recommended plumbing inspection which the membership also covers and we proceeded with that a week later. We then did an estimate for replacing our shower fixtures.
The day after our plumbing issue. we also had a huge furnace issue, the condensation pump was clogged completely, which somehow another company missed checking two years in a row with their yearly heating inspection. Nick fixed that quickly. I am so pleased with Taylor’s professionalism and the company he works for is great! We will definitely be recommending Roy’s. Taylor has been a great help. He’s an asset to the company.
