The experience with Roy’s was one of the better ones I have had. Everything from the quote to the installation was clear, concise, and transparent.
The installation team arrived exactly on time. They clearly explained everything they were going to do, and then promptly went about doing it.
They were exceptionally thorough in not only the installation, but also clean up an explanation of everything I had a question to.
We were walked through all elements of our new HVAC system with professional and courteous consideration for all answers.
Absolutely one of the best experiences I have had with a contracting situation in quite some time. Professional, friendly and exceptional experience.

My landlord hired them to fix our broken heat. The heat got fixed, yeah, but they didn't totally shut a valve on my radiator which caused a slow but steady water leak, I am assuming that this was from when they bled the system. I didn't notice it right away (it actually took me about a week to notice as this was in a spare bedroom) and by the time I did notice it, I had damage to my personal property and had to throw a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff out because it got wet and had a mildew smell. This could've been prevented had they have shut the valve completely or even mentioned it to us that we were gonna have to watch the valves and shut it ourselves or something. The guys were super nice and seemed very professional in the house, but man I hate having my personal items get damaged because someone didn't finish their job 100% of the way..

WORST place to go for radiator heating issues. Do not go here. Will charge $97 for nothing. A very unprofessional and unacceptable experience.
A technician named Roger came out to my house back in March (5 months ago), looked at my radiator briefly and told me what I already know. It's broken and needs to be replaced. Didn't seem very experienced with this type of work, didn't offer much advice. He promised to look into what models would be available that could replace my radiator, and I still have not heard from him. He charged $97 to do nothing and that charge needs to be reimbursed to me immediately since he didn’t give me a quote and give any professional feedback. This issue needs to be addressed immediately.

This was my first time dealing with Roy’s. It was positive from the start. I had the ability to schedule an appointment via their website. Their quick response to confirm the appointment and the call to inform me of the Technicians scheduled arrival time was appreciated. Kelsey was very pleasant to deal with.
However, the best experience was my interaction with their Technician Keith. He arrived on time and was professional from the start. Keith was very affable and courteous. He was extremely thorough in his diagnostic testing of my system. He took the time to explain his findings so that I could make an informed decision. Needless to say, Keith made an extremely positive impression with me. He is an excellent representative for Roy’s. It’s very infrequent these days to deal with a business who is customer oriented like Roy’s. I rarely write reviews. However, I felt compelled to after dealing with Keith. I would highly recommend Roy’s after this very positive experience.

We had Roy's come out to renovate two faulty bathrooms courtesy of a poorly done prior flip. While there was a wait due to high demand and supply chain, it was worth it. Both bathrooms are leak free and look 5 star quality. When we determined there were some idtems in need of a cosmetic touch- up, the team was professional and went above and beyond to make everything better than when they left it.

Update: Called to reschedule my heating appt.That I cancelled and all of a sudden they do not work on Manufactured homes! What a crock. We have the same heating/ cooling as regular homes. I will never call them again! Jeff the one star is for the receptionist shannon and technicians who refused to service me! Plumbing is plumbing. A heater is a heater. If you are responsive customer oriented company that services these appliances you should know how to service all heaters and pipes. Companies are getting real lazy and just want to make money, not satisfy their customers. I will be writing BBB.
