As a new home owner when my boiler stopped working I had no idea what to do, but after calling Roy's, they really did "take the worry away". I spoke with the charismatic office manager, Robert, who got a technician out to my home right away. Steve who came to replace my boiler was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. I appreciate their customer service and upfront pricing!

I was very impressed with Roy's. Jeff came on Friday to give an estimate for changes to my Gas line, arranged for an estimate for some electrical work that was also needed and on Monday (very quickly), Gregg and Noah installed my new outlet and Jeff very quickly followed up with the gas line changes I needed. They were all very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend Roy's Heating and Plummiing to anyone. They do a quick, quality job.

Had Jason use camera to check my sewer line for damage. He was polite, Professional, shared his findings with me and I felt I was in the best hands possible. Was introduced to two of your employees in a week, Taylor and Jason and both are great assets to your company. Ty, Jason for all your assistance and explanations on my sewer situation. You explained in detailed my options and appreciate your honesty and professionalism.

We purchased our home in East Amherst and planned to move in, at the beginning. We came up (from our current home in Texas) to do a few minor tasks and upon opening the front door, was horrified at the sight of water coming down from, what was left of the ceiling. Unbeknownst to us, we had an ongoing leak that started in the master bath. It flooded the master bedroom area, down through the main floor living areas, and into the finished basement. We were already scheduling our move-in date and it was firm. Roy’s jumped into action, and got the rebuild done… with plenty of time to spare. From demo to final touches on painting and fixtures and everything in between. We needed new HVAC, water heater, the whole nine. Roy’s delivered. And, we were able to direct most of this was done from out of state! The TEAM at Roy’s is nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend them and will only use them for any of our home improvement needs, going forward. If we could, we’d give them more than five stars!

We had Tarek and Dominick over to clear a drain line. They were very professional, and put in the effort to clear a long line that had decades of buildup (this house was built in the 1930s), which had eventually clogged the line. They put in a lot of effort to get the water flowing properly, again. They explained everything, and gave me some good options to keep this from happening again.

Also, as part of my membership, Nick came over to do a furnace check. He was thorough, professional, and gave me great options for a replacement once we are ready. (Our furnace is quite old). I appreciate the help and your advice.

When we need maintenance on our AC and heat we request Mike Miller. Mike is professional friendly and does a fantastic job. He guides you on proper care of the equipment to avoid major issues. Mike is honest and knowledgeable about the equipment he is servicing. Mike should be given kudos for the fantastic customer service he provides his clients.

I had maintenance on my tankless water heater done. Jeff did an outstanding job. While he was he he also removed a clog from my bathroom sink and leveled my washing machine. He found a faucet to my washing machine was corroded and we scheduled a time for him to come back to fix that as well as to do a plumbing inspection. He was very thorough and explained everything. He was a true lifesaver!!

Jeff was terrific! I had two plumbing issues going on and they were both fixed promptly. Respectful, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend with no reservation! He took two problems away😊

We moved into a new house and had Roy’s come out to do a plumbing inspection and help us prioritize some projects. Jeff and Dom were AMAZING! We couldn’t ask for a better, more professional team. They did a thorough inspection and explained everything they did and found. They made “good, better, best” recommendations with absolutely no pressure to go with the “best” option. Not only did they do the inspection but they also coordinated with the installers so when that team got here, they knew exactly what they were doing and where everything went. We couldn’t be happier with the price and the service and would definitely recommend Roy’s to our friends and neighbors!

I have used "Roy's" for many years. The mechanics are knowledgeable and respectful. Regardless of how small or large the job is...it is always treated with the utmost importance.
