I had a very bad experience with Roy's Plumbing. The plumber was supposed to come and snake out my toilet. Instead he just plunged it, said that the clog in the tub is connected to the toilet clog, which it isn't. It's a completely separate issue because I know how they both happened. I called to talk to the manager to find out why the plumber refused to snake the toilet and he never called me back. I couldn't be more disappointed. I usually go with Roto Rooter and they're great! Roy's could get out to my house a day earlier than they were able to so I took the chance. I won't happen again!

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Roy's from the owners who have clearly instilled a work ethic embedded with professionalism and caring to the entire Roy's team that we interacted with starting Friday night thru Tuesday. and I cannot leave out the team from Green Genie as they were also nothing short of exceptional in the way they interacted with us and your team. We experienced what turned out to be a broken sewer trap just outside our foundation wall. Probably a typical day in the life and repair for Roy's. What made this so significant to us is that we are caring for my mother at home in conjunction with Hospice. With no sewer, caring for my mother became an issue where time was of the essence as we were faced with the possibility of having to move her at a very delicate time. Everyone we came in contact with starting with my 1st phone call Friday night to the gentleman who fixed the sewer line on Tuesday were outstanding. Because of Roy's, we were able to keep my mother comfortable and with whatever you did to get our repair arranged to be fixed as quickly as you did - this meant the world to us. With some issues that have transpired in just the last day, we have had an influx of medical staff and family here at her home and without a working sewer we would be in big trouble. We are so appreciative of what you did to help us. Your crews and Green Genie were outstanding! We will forever remember our interaction with Roy's! I was surprised to learn Roy's did electrical work, My Elmwood Village double home still had fuses and needed to be updated to circuit breakers, and needed new meters moved and relocated outside. I'm usually terrified of contractors from bad experiences with roofers, so I got 3 estimates from companies I was not familiar with. When I saw Roy's did electrical work I felt comfortable getting an estimate from them because they are so well known here and I always heard good things about their work. I definitely made the right choice going with Roy's. They were unbelievable professional and efficient in doing the work well and on time with absolutely no problems. Mike and Greg arrived on time and did a beautiful, clean, neat professional job. Also a big plus was Roy's price was actually better than the other companies.

Jeff and Dominic were professional, courteous and trustworthy. They worked together to resolve our issue.

April3, 2020. The team at Roy's Plumbing were very competent and efficient in repairing our blocked sewer line. All completed in one day, which was great. Damage to basement was minimal. My front lawn was not damaged too much, nothing that can't be reseeded and landscaped. The friendly customer service was appreciated especially in these social distancing time. All in all, Marty & Tom led their team to great results. Thanks again to a great team.

August 2021 - Once again Roy's represented by Lea, Jake, Mark and the Service Manager provided excellent quality, service & professionalism above any customers expectations at my home today. I had installed a whole house air-exchanger made to order. Thank You all.

We had moved recently and our furnace died in the new home on a Sunday morning. A technician (Jeff) from Roy's was able to come to our home around midday and we found out that the furnace was 26 years old, had not been properly taken care of by previous owners, and needed to be replaced. He was very straightforward with the prices and needs of the different furnace choices and any questions I had. On installation day workers arrived promptly first thing in the morning and went right to work removing the old furnace and installing the new one. Installation went very smoothly with no mess or complications and the system they installed has been working great so far. Would highly recommend this company to anybody needing heating and cooling work done in the Buffalo area.
