Roy's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Roy’s recently fixed a plumbing issue for me and I felt great about it knowing it would be done right. I use Roy’s for heating and cooling, plumbing and maybe soon -electric. They are always professional and do a great job!

Jeff and Dominick patiently explained how the plumbing in our house works/is set up as they performed their inspection and answered my numerous questions. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They replaced a pressure-reducing valve on this occasion, and we will certainly be calling upon them again for our future plumbing needs!

Roy plumbing was phenomenal. A contractor I hired (Jason from MKJ buffalo group) hooked up my son's bathroom including toilet to the house drain tile plugging my drain system with sewage for a year and causing other problems as you can imagine that originally we assumed was septic system related. Everybody came over and wanted to jackhammer my basement floor and charge crazy fees. Jeff from Roy did an unbelievable job he fixed everything beyond my expectations. I can't be more thankful. Thank you Jeff and thank you Roy plumbing.

I couldn't say enough about my experiences with Roy's. Dan and Jason are the main two professionals I know I can trust my home with. They come in and discuss the issues with me, and they come up with a couple of solutions we address them with.They are always really friendly and ready to handle whatever challenges my home may present(curious kiddos, jumping dogs). Couldn't ask for better service than what Dan and Jason provide.

Nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Roy’s. From the initial diagnoses, to the sales consultation and installation, the process was easy and flawless. My furnace stopped working unexpectedly and Roy’s was able to get a new furnace and AC unit installed within a week. They also installed a new thermostat and smoke detectors. Everyone I worked with was professional and kind. Not many business left that truly prioritize customer service, and I’m so happy o chose Roy’s for my heating and cooling needs. Customer for life here!

Excellent work the workers were very nice, the job was done right the guys cleaned up their mess very well. I used them twice two different set of workers, me and my Husband were very well pleased. Thanks again Roy's plumbing, I will use you again if we have to.

I love the work that was done. That bathroom hadn't had work done in over 40 years (maybe longer) we inherited the house from our grandfather and now we're making updates and I cried because the walk in shower and new floor is sooo beautiful. Excellent service, technician arrived on time. Explained what he was doing and why. Have used Roy's several times and have always been satisfied with the work they do.

Great service, had a family party on Sunday July 2nd and they were able to get my sewer line unclogged in no time. I’m thankful they fit me in on such late notice and allowed us to salvage a family reunion at our house.

Been a Roy’s Customer for 5 years and they have not disappointed yet. We had a leak in our wall mounted air conditioner unit this week. Tech came out and did a great job cleaning both units to stop the leak. Besides being very informative he entertained my 5 year old “supervising” his work. He actually gave my grandson some tasks and he was thrilled. This kind of service is from a cultural in which the company is focused on people.
