My visit with Dominic & Jeff today has solidified my Confidence in Roy’s. I’ve dealt with multiple issues in our home recently and each and every time I call Roy’s, I am treated with Kindness, Honesty, and Respect. Dominic and Jeff followed on the heels of Joe and the crew who installed my new furnace … an exemplary team of guys❣️

Very grateful for all of the hard work to open my drain pipe. The plumber left things in better condition than when they arrived. I’m happy I can use my kitchen sink again!

Would not give estimate over the phone. Charged 30 dollars for diagnostics which consisted of running water. Determined the main was plugged. Which I told them. Then wanted to charge 515 plus tax to clear the line. Found another company.

The entire AC installation experience was seamless!

The Comfort Advisor did a great job reviewing the work to be done and explaining all of the various options I had. They answered all of my questions and went into depth and worked to fit the AC install into my schedule.

The technicians that came arrived on-time and were courteous, easy to talk to, and quick! It maybe took them 4 hours - 4.5 hours to install the AC unit and it's various components. Since the weather was too cool, they have to send a technician out again to complete the final setup of the AC unit with my Nest thermostat, but that's to ensure it runs as efficient as possible, so no complaints here.

The technicians though were clean and great in going over the work they did and answered all of my questions! All-in-all, a great experience with Roy's and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

02/2023 Update: I've continued to have great experiences with Roy's and am excited for my home plumbing to be re-piped by Jeff and his crew.

The team who completed our emergency sewer line repair did excellent work. The work was completed in December 2022 just before the historic blizzard. We are forever thankful they were able to get us up and running so quickly!

First time involved with Roy's Plumbing and was very impressed with the professionalism, how organized and the expertise with all from the initial phone call to the installation. Thank you. Will recommend to others.

Great experienced serviceman, Jeff is the best and always brings another serviceman to keep the work moving along, thorough and complete. 3 furnaces and 2 AC units. Affordable and On Time arrival! Very pleased.

Nick Fyvie was great! Nick was academic in his approach to educating me on the nuances of plumbing and my specific house. After Nick left, I knew more about my house than I did before he arrived. And, he sold me nothing!
