My hot water faucet in the tub was leaking pretty bad-a strong steady stream. Roy's promptly sent out someone to take a look at it. Thomas assessed the situation and was up front about what could be done. Two days later he returned and did a great job fixing the issue. He could not have been nicer. He also took the time to show me visuals on his ipad to give me a clear picture of what was happening. Will definitely call again. Thank you so much! :)

Roy's Plumbing and the service and people they employee were simply wonderful. I had a sever sewage backfill that happened to my house, and Roy's came to my rescue.
Not only did they fix my problem, but they showed great compassion and care to my problem. Unlike their competitor, Roto-Rooter, who focuses solely on price gouging and falsification of services that's similarly performed by their competition, especially when dealing with women and/or minority groups.
My trust and loyalty will remain with Roy's Plumbing for their fairness in price, work ethic, and staff that truly cares for their customers and the quality of work they provide.

The people at Roy's are top notch. Roy's is always there for you when you need them. I had my furnace quit and needed a new furnace - Roy's handled the job expertly, quickly, and professionally. Jake quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and helped get me started on the path to a new furnace right away. Joe was great at discussing my equipment needs, readily accommodated my requests for upgrades, worked to get me a new furnace ASAP, and was friendly and comforting in the process. Brandon and Steve did a superb job with installation. I don't think it could have went better. Roy's also installed a new hot water tank for me 6 weeks prior. Similarly, a great job by Jack. I'm being honest when I say I wouldn't call anyone else but Roy's with my HVAC and plumbing needs.

When my daughter bought her own house, she knew it came with some bumps with reference to repairs. So when she called us to ask who she should call when her furnace fan wasn't working, we remember Roy's TV commercial. They sent a message with a picture of the technician who was coming which was a wonderful safety tool.
Well, I think I speak for many parents when I say you hope companies don't take advantage of a young woman who bought her first house. But that is exactly what happened.
They charged her $89 to come out and tell her that filters are dirty and the circuit board is broken and then quoted her another $900 to fix it. And continued to say that if she wanted a new furnace it would be $10-12,000. She called us a bit frantic that she would have to pay for the repair because she can't afford a new unit. We told her to say no and thank you and he took his $89 cc payment and left.
She called another company that came out the next day, replaced the circuit board, pulled her filters and showed her how to clean them as they are not disposable and checked her AC also for $375. And this company said a new furnace would be $4-$5,000 when you are ready. He left the information on the new furnace with his card and also noted there is a $400 national fuel rebate currently. That company was more than helpful and educated her on what she had in her house and how to manage it.
I feel Roy's was taking advantage of a new, young, female homeowner. If anything the $89 payment taught her a lesson on business as a homeowner.

I utilized the annual plumbing inspection which was helpful in planning upkeep. I found this team to be extremely helpful, professional and I even learned a thing or two!

Best service ever!, Had a clog in my pipes and sewage was backing up into my basement sink.It was so easy to get an appointment, the receptionist was very professional and pleasant. Scheduled a service call for later that day. The technician Dan was right on time. They called to tell me was coming. Dan was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my problem quickly and the service was VERY resonable. I will definitely use Roy’s again for all my plumbing needs, and I love that it is a family owned business.

We are super happy with the work that Roy's plumbing has done for us. Both Dave and Steve did a GREAT job at installing our new furnace in a very professional and timely manner. They were here on a really cold day and we were without heat for only a short time during the installation. I would highly recommend Roy's Plumbing.

One of our pipes sprung a leak at 9:30pm. Roy’s was the only place in our area that could have a technician out to us within an hour. Jason called and attempted trouble shooting over the phone and did come out and was extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful! Even with the emergency fee our bill was much more reasonable than other plumbers we have dealt with. We were super impressed and will now use Roy’s consistently! Thank you guys!

Jeff has cleaned the boilers and furnaces at my home and my rental properties for the past two years and has provided the best service one could ask for. He took time to explain how I can monitor and maintain the systems as a homeowner and landlord, but he also listens to my concerns and provides thoughtful information to help me make an informed decision. I have had nothing but great experiences with all of Roy's employees, but Jeff is awesome.
