We have used Reimer for all our HVAC and plumbing needs for several years. They have always bee prompt and professional. They have been lifesavers and truly reliable for us. We have an older house and we have done completely new plumbing, new water tank, new furnace and new AC over the years. We recommend them 100%

John was excellent in his first visit and was very detailed in explaining how our current system was operating and giving us our best options going forward. Allen and Tim were also both very professional and helpful as they walked me through the installation of the new AC and furnace. I cannot recommend Reimer enough.

We had to reach out to Reimer due to a main sewage back up. Steven showed up within the hour and got right to work. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything and even explained what the different options we had. Also took his time to explain how to prevent issues like this in the future.Definitely will call this company again next time we have issues!

We had a new air conditioner installed by Reimer home services after a service / sales call by Adam B. Adam who was on time, very professional and knowledgeable.
Also the installation was preformed by Stone R, Jake and Will who also were on time, professional and knowledgeable. as are the office personnel Abby and Kim.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Marc Trigilio, Sean Reimer, and Tim Burrow this week. Mark provided the yearly maintenance on our 12 year old, aging, A/C unit, and detected a leak in the refrigeration at the base of the coils. He then gave us a thorough explanation of our options regarding repair/replacement. We decided to replace the A/C unit with a new one. Tim and Sean handled the installation and did an excellent job. All three men were a pleasure to work with, they were very professional, Knowledgeable, efficient and answered all our questions. My technician, Nestor Barbosa, arrived when expected, is very personable, and more importantly, very knowledgeable about his trade. Nestor seems to have an above average work ethic, which I respect, and works very efficiently. He appears to be self-motivated and cares about his job as a reflection of himself. George arrived on time actually a little early. He listened to my concerns and checked out the hole system,made a few adjustments. I appreciated him taking the time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it! He told me to let the system run when the weather gets warmer and if there’s any issues to let them know and they would take care of them.

George did a great job resolving a small drip in a fitting on the furnace. He was very knowledgeable about the furnace/tankless water heater we have. He had the proper tool to quickly stop the leak. George also answered my other questions about our unit. Thank you George and Reimer for an excellent job. This is why I use Reimer to maintain my heating and AC equipment.

All the guys at Reimer are true professionals! Every time without fail. Most recently Marty and Steve came out to inspect (inspection was no charge on account of the unit not likely to last much longer as it'd been installed originally in 2003) and ultimately replace my hot water heater. Back in April we had Randy and Nick come out and install our new A/C, and Zach came out for free for a service call! Our house is old and has some issues, but it's never been more comfortable! I'm very grateful to Reimer for coming out and handling these things for us!

The guys came out today and installed our new system. They were great. Respectful clean and very professional. Reimer will be doing all of our HVAC from here on forward. We are so happy with them
