Bill Swan-Came out to inspect my a/c unit and give me a quote on another project.He was very ,professional and knowledgeable.His years of experience shows-He told me some-things about my thermostat and some settings that -I was never aware of.He-let me know about some filters on the market-that is ideal for everyone ,that wants to breath cleaner air.It was refreshing to have a honest person taking care of my air-conditioning needs.Bill (AireServ) will definitely be taking care of my heating and air conditioning needs from here on out.I will highly recommend them to my family and friends.

The repair technician, Greg, was super friendly, informative, and patient as we discussed options for the repair of my furnace. Really happy that the new ownership has maintained the quality of the operation that we have grown to expect from Hi-Qual (now Aire Serv).

Our old air conditioner quit during the recent heat wave and with a newborn and toddler we needed AC fast. Rick and his team were able to come out quickly and fix our unit until we were able to purchase a new one. We went with AireServ to install a new Amana unit and glad that we did! Rick and Tim were very professional, from wearing masks to covering the floors while they worked. They discovered a few other problems that were serious fire hazards while they were installing the new unit and corrected them. The new AC works very well and their pricing was very competitive. Would highly recommend!

Service went as planned....great technician. Pointed out a problem with humidifier and furnace which will be corrected soon. I would high recommend this company as I have used them for years. Very satisfied.

I had Rick out to check our furnaces. He made time to come out when I was home in a day or two and gave me a break on cleaning 2 furnaces (the per furnace was already a fair standard fee). Well, an exhaust blower on our upstairs furnace started making a lot of noise. After a chilly night, he came out right away and not only diagnosed the issue quickly, he ran across the city, got a new part, came back and installed it all in less than 2 hours. I know part prices. He didn't mark it up. The labor was fair. Rick is an expert HVAC person. I buy parts and have 30 years experience in home repair on my 4th house with electrical, carpentry, masonry, tile work, minor plumbing, interior and exterior painting and even some roofing & siding. When I bring in a contractor, I know what's going on. I would recommend Rick at A-S of Brockport to my family & friends. He's also very informative and personable.

They did a great job. Took their time to make sure everything was straight, level and plumb. I hung out to see how they went about doing everything purely for my own knowledge on the second day of install and talked with them as they worked. Awesome guys to deal with.

We were very pleased that Hi Qual helped us via phone on a Saturday when our furnace was not working correctly. I called on Monday to schedule a service appointment and Hi Qual sent a technician the next day. He was very meticulous and was able to replace the filter and another part and now the furnace is working just like new! Thank you!
