From the email for a quote to the final install of our AC unit, we had excellent service from Aire Serv. We interacted with customer service, sales, emergency service and install Technicians all provided five star service and you can tell they are proud of company. Prior to our install date, our old AC unit stopped working. We called and Dana had a technician come the same day to fill our refrigerant. A few days later, our AC unit stopped working. Dana had a portable AC delivered that afternoon. In addition, they worked with their vendor to have our parts early in order to install our AC 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The unit was installed with no interruptions and the everything looked great. The technician walked through the work that was done. Everyone was great to work with and we were told numerous times to not hesitate to contact them is we had questions or needed anything. We are very happy with how the AC is working. Aire Serv could not have provided better service and we have already recommended them to friends!

Aire Serv's technician Matt was great. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and system. Additionally, he was great about documenting the condition of the equipment, which was shared with me and their office for future visits. Between Matt and Aire Serv I was very impressed. They installed high efficiency HVAC and hot water heater systems in our old house. They had excellent solutions to overcome all installation challenges. They are a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them.

I purchased this house about 5 years ago, and found Aire Serv had put in the heater. I have used them to maintain the heater as well as the AC. My heater stopped working and they were here the same day. After they got the parts they were able to quickly fix the heater first thing the next day. The service guy Ricky went above and beyond. I have always had great service with this company.

Unbelievably happy with Aire Serv! My wife suffered from allergies for years and within days of installing the UV filter system and duct cleaning she was feeling better than she has in long time!

We had our LG Mini spilt fail, and Aireserve did a amazing job fixing it. The technicians were professional, kind and very knowledgeable. The office staff was very helpful. There were some problems with the warranty, but everyone worked to get it covered, and they made it happen. Great company, and I highly recommend them.

I am extremely happy with the overall experience. Very responsive and on time. Ricky was very informative. They did not try to sell anything and gave us some nice tips to be more proactive. Thank you!
