The tech, Mike, arrived to replace a line to update it. We mentioned that we were having a problem with the air, it keeps running but does not cool down to set temp. He checked it out and said that it had a leak somewhere in the line and would need to set up an appointment. Mike was very informative and explained how they would check it out and fix it. Would recommend mike to do the service to anyone. The other tech did alot of talking and seemed to be more interested in selling services. We had explained about the air when he was here a couple of months ago and he said everything ok. Mike was great.

Let me start by saying that Bill was at my place within minutes of when I was told he would be there which seems to be a near impossible occurrence now days. Within a half hour he had my furnace blowing hot air again but didn't stop there. Bill checked all of the potential system issues when I told him that the last guy out for annual inspection didn't really do much that I could see. There were a couple of potential issues that I should look into having repaired either myself or with their help. No pressure to get this work done through their company at all. I do not write review very often (only a couple in my life) but I was impressed enough with Bill and Rick that I had to let everyone know what I thought. Thanks guys for the help on a cold Sunday morning...which reminds me that they do not charge extra for Sunday morning service!!!

At every step of this process (from my initial service call, through sales, to final goodbyes to the team that installed our new AC units) I was impressed with the genuine helpfulness, good humor, and professionalism of this business's employees. What a great group of people!

Was very pleased with the appointment to check and clean my furnace. Your technician, Matt Conrad, was on time, was courteous, and very knowledgeable about my furnace, it's condition, and the various checks he performed. I also appreciated the recommendations he offered. When calling your office, I found Dana Starr to also be courteous, and efficient in scheduling the appointment.

First time using an HVAC, we wanted someone to come check out our system, review what we had, and teach us basic maintenance. Rick came out to the house, provided a thorough inspection, answered all out questions(even those of our inquisitive 4 year old). As a result, we decided to sign up for the annual maintenance service. Thank you Rick and team for a Job Well done.

Aire Serv specifically the former Hi-Qual in Spencerport has been out HVAC provider for over 20 years. They installed our furnace and later added AC. They service our units and they respond quickly and professionally if we need repair or maintenance. I can not recommend them highly enough. They are great.

Came one hour early, did call 1st...commendable. I am tired of companies thinking it's ok to give you a 4 hour window for arriving. Technician very polite. Explained a few minor thing with words and images that were easily understood. Was conscientious and wore shoe covers in my home. Side note- do they make those in Kitty size?

Would definitely use company again.
