Customer service and friendliness: 10/10 — The reality is I made this appointment for a furnace service/cleaning after a severe roof leak, explained everything in full (including that it was an electric unit AND I sent pictures of the unit and model tag BEFORE the appointment) and the technician showed up and didn’t do a thing but take the cover off and say he couldn’t do anything, including clean/service it. Didn’t offer to repair anything that might be water damaged (insulation) or replace ducts etc. We were charged for the full service (with a promotional discount) to have someone come and do nothing. 100 dollars not-well-spent. Again, great guy, very friendly, complete waste of time. Disappointment is an understatement. Was also told we’d have a detailed receipt/report within a day and that also hasn’t happened.

Our AC went out after business hours. They had a tech here within 30 minutes, and our AC was fixed 30 minutes later! Very pleasant to work with and the tech was great! Thanks so much!

When our a/c unit quit working we contacted them and they were so responsive!! From the moment we made initial contact until the install was complete we could not ask for a better experience!!! We are 100% satisfied and will definitely recommend them in the future !! I’m so glad we decided to use this company!! I just wish I could give more than 5 stars everyone we came in contact with definitely is worth more than 5 stars!

I am the facilities and maintenance manager and have used this company 3 times in the last 30 days. They come in looking professional, they are pleasant and they complete the jobs quickly and it’s done right the first time. The pricing is reasonable and I will continue using them.

This was an annual A/C checkup. Received notice Mike was on the way, which I always appreciate. He was friendly and professional, took his time, told me what he'd done and why (including cleaning out the base of the outdoor unit to prevent rusting), and gave a couple of tips to keep things running smoothly. I've used D'Angelo's for years on small and large projects (they installed the A/C), and it's because this is the experience I can count on.

I had a very, very, old sump pump. Of course they never fail Monday through Friday 9-5. Friday night was the time it gave up. I was up all night making sure the basement was dry. I called D'Angelo's Saturday morning. I was informed their technician would get in touch with me in 30 minutes. Tom called promptly. After explaining the problem he informed me that he could be at my home within the hour. Tom arrived early, he was very professional. He took his time inspecting the problem and made his recommendations and started the repair. The repair was done in a timely fashion. Tom took his time explaining the repair he did a GREAT JOB!!!.

They do amazing quality work and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for other home improvements. May not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Believe me, I’ve learned the hard way.

Seriously I use D’Angelos for all my plumbing problems as well as HVAC stuff. The customer service is top notch and the sevice guys are friendly and go above and beyond. I’m always surprised at the level of professionalism and knowledge they have. Great job!

Great service as always. Needed a kitchen faucet installed. Tom was fantastic -- friendly, polite, professional. We had an issue with the spacing for the faucet. Tom came came back at a different time after we had that corrected (needed the stone counter drilled). No fee for the extra call. Great Service. Thank you again.
