Outstanding service all the way around from initial service request to installation of new furnace and AC system. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. D'Angelo's has done work for us in the past and we've always had the same experience. On April 17, 2023 my new Amana Furnace stopped working. I had purchased this furnace from D'Angelo Plumbing & Heating in late December 2022. This was the second time since my purchase that I had to contact D'Angelo regarding this furnace. The woman I spoke with at D'Angelo on the morning of April 17, 2023 was EXTREMELY understanding when I called, and immediately despatched a technician to my residence.

Josh was the technician who came to my house to fix the problem. He was very polite and knowledgeable about my furnace. After diagnosing the problem, Josh went and got the correct replacement part. The Limit switch had stopped working and needed to be replaced. After fixing the problem, Josh completely tested the furnace and the thermostat settings to make sure there were no other issues. I am a VERY satisfied D'Angelo Plumbing & Heating customer. I know that if there is another problem with my furnace, D'Angelo will be there to fix it quickly. Thank you again for the excellent service.

Every person I have interacted with at D'Angelo's Plumbing & Heating have been courteous and very professional. They have gone out of their way to work with our schedule. The heating technicians are clearly well trained and efficient. I would trust them with any work we need done on our heating system. Their prices seem to be competitive with other companies. Regardless, they are worth every cent.

Ease of use for the online appointment scheduling tool and great communication by the company to confirm the appointment. They also offered a sooner appointment than initially offered by the online tool. The service was terrific - incredibly timely, detailed, we were offered options, and we had a better outcome than anticipated. We had our water tank assessed and a new one installed in the same day. We were walked through different options and availability of each option. We felt informed and like our situation mattered. We will absolutely use this company if any needs arise in the future!
