We had plumbing issues on all floors, and each was addressed in a professional manner. Thank you. The service representative informed us that the kitchen Delta faucet had a lifetime warranty on its parts (which we did not know) and replacement parts have been ordered at no cost. This is saving a good amount.
The repaired toilet handle works fine, now that I've added weights, and we are expecting him to bring back the caps for the sink faucet knobs that were removed when he returns for the sink repair.
Overall a great experience.

The tech that arrived for the appointment was just to give an estimate for installing a washer and dryer. I misunderstood and thought he was here to give an estimate and do the work and he was able to accommodate me and took time to do the work! They were fairly priced and very helpful. Would use and trust them for other electrical and plumbing needs.

I have a "Maintenance Agreement" (Lifetime Service Plan) for my furnace with D'Angelo's that I purchased on 7/14/2012 at a cost of $736.00 at that time. This includes "Annual Tune up and Cleaning" as part of the Maintenance Agreement. During this last service the technician stated that the CO levels were 218ppm which she said are Extremely High (and that the Heat Exchanger could possibly have a crack) and she recommended that my furnace be replaced! Within a week I have had two different HVAC company send technicians to inspect my furnace. Their readings for CO levels were both around 30ppm (picture included) which they both stated are proper levels for my Rheem Prestige Series 90 furnace. Both companies inspect the Primary Heat Exchangers and found no issues! One technician went so far as to pull the Blower Motor to visually inspect the Secondary Heat Exchanger and found no issues. Both of these two technicians did their inspections in my presence and thoroughly explained their findings and stated that my furnace did not need replacing! These two inspections cost me $222.00 combined (something that I shouldn't have had to do) but with the Failed report and recommendation from the D'Angelo to replace my existing furnace, I felt necessary to get other opinions. D'Angelo's was trying to sell me a new furnace under false pretenses!
