JP is the best! Came right out, fixed the problem, explained everything, was clean and kind and friendly. Now we have heat and a new favorite technician.

I reported a beeping type noise coming from cold air vent when air conditioner was running. Bill was here for almost 1 hr, noise couldn’t be heard. He did change my AprilAire filter became it was due and thought maybe noise was coming from that. Bill was professional, and tried to answer all my questions.

Sam came on time and installed the recalled drain pan assembly. He was very qualified and made quick work of the job even though it was complex due to the ac line routings. He had all the parts required on his truck and accomplished the update in one hour or less

Had a difficult problem to diagnose and Tim got to the bottom of it. Excellent job.
