Pro-Temp Mechanical

Pro-Temp did a duct and furnace cleaning on our new house. Jesse showed me before and after shots of what we believe was 80 years of dust accumulation! The difference is amazing! The team was very professional in their work and answered all of my questions. They were mindful of my kitties who are indoor only. We appreciate your work and customer service. We just moved back to the area after purchasing a new home a few weeks ago. Of course, on a 92°F day, the AC decided to go on a vacation. We called first thing thinking someone would be available within a couple days. No no... They sent a tech the same day! Within two hours! I was truly amazed. Chris, our tech, was so professional and explained everything (I have zero knowledge when it comes to HVAC stuff and he took the time to make sure I understand what was wrong and what he was doing). Chris was here for maybe an hour and our AC was blowing our hair around once again. Definitely calling Pro-Temp Mechanical for any and all of our HVAC needs. So impressed with the quality and speed of work. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. They provide appointment reminders along with text updates when the technician is on his way and when the job is complete. I’ve called them to fix issues with the HVAC and they were able to come out and fix the problem in no time. I recently called to have ProTemp do a whole house duct cleaning and they were able to get the job done efficiently and timely. Not to mention, they did an amazing job and it was impressive what their system and the technicians were able to clean out of the ducts. The best around, I wouldn’t call anyone else!

I had a great experience with the Pro-Temp team when I needed my AC unit fixed asap. The team was very responsive and efficient when I inquired about having someone come checkout my ac unit. Upon arrival to my home, they were on time, professional and because they were so knowledgable they were able to quickly resolve the issue I had with my unit. Now, it works perfectly and haven't had any further issues. I would highly recommend them to anymore and would use them again in the future for any heating and cooling needs.

Protemp Mechanical did an amazing job cleaning my air ducts in a 100 year old house! They were on time, very respectful and considerate. They went above and beyond to make sure all vents were removed and cleaned even if covered by furniture.I highly recommend getting your air ducts cleaned by Protemp!

The best price in town, (from Illinois) in Fort Myers! He really came here to beat the high priced ac dealers. He beat them by at least $3k. Plus not needing the$10k of work the others wanted, so, I saved $13,000!

Set up an appointment with Jessie three days before, the date that he picked.Took a half day off work for the appointment that was supposed to be at 1:00 P.M. Not only did he never show up but I never got a call saying he wasn't going to make it. A phone call takes maybe a minute, O well probably for the best.

Pro-Temp was wonderful. They were on time and spent the entire day cleaning my Ducts. They really needed it. I would recommend them to anyone.
