    We've used Aire Serv on many projects in both our renovation business and our rental units. We like that they are concientous,reliable and come when they say they will and do what they say they'll do ...they have gone above and beyond when needed. I would recommend them.

    I had been a customer with the previous Hi-Qual owner, now Aire Serv, for 25 years. Last year I had my furnace serviced because it was not working properly. I paid the bill in full $327.24 and later found that my furnace still was not working properly. I discussed this with the owner who offered to refund my payment. Subsequently I had Hi-Qual come back twice and fix the problem properly and paid these bills, $263.52 and $795.67 in full. I called today to have my A/C and furnace cleaned and was told that the computer says that I refused payment. This is not true but the person I spoke to only believed what was in the computer. They are willing to lose a long time customer over miscommunication instead of providing good customer service. I'll be using a different HVAC company. Aire Serv isn't worth my time arguing.- I advise that you stay away

    They installed a Indoor Air Quality UVC Germicidal Lamp, UVV Oxidizer. We are very pleased with the system. We suffer from allergies and we have seen improvement.

    Don hill of air serve went above and beyond to fix our broken furnace on a holiday weekend. We are so grateful for what he did. Don came back after his work day to make sure we had heat over New Years weekend!!!! Thankyou Don

    I normally do my own AC work but was busy and decided to see if Rick can come close enough to make it worth my time to let him do it. He did that. Price was good and installation was done quickly and without a hitch. Would use him again.

    Staff is extremely professional. They are pleasant to speak with and truly listened to any of my questions or concerns. The installation staff were very focused, thorough, organized, and clean.

    ros: He responded quickly to my Center Director of the Childcare Center. He showed up gave an estimate for repairs at $500.00. He fixed the furnace.
    Cons: He charges us $600+ a ongoing contract for $200+ for a total over $800; but this would come down now by 15% because we would be under contract. When we received the bill it said (1) Hot ignition plate and (2) labor..we must assume that means two hours. Either way, we asked why the end bill was so high as a Hot plate ignition is about $30.00? We asked could you please let us know what other work was done since the bill was so high? And could he give us model number of what he installed, because maybe we were not reading his invoice correctly. He told my CD, that I should go look at the furnace and look it up my self and that he does not know. This is a day after he installed it. I Inquired to another reputable furnace guy and he said the job should cost you around $150 at most with a few hours of labor. So we ere being charged about 8 times the price. Again, why was it so high. remind you this is for a childcare center for an infant room. He said, if you don't like it, "I will pull the card out and I can go fix" it through an email, and his tone was very aggressive to the point my CD said she was sorta scared. Because this now seemed to be going in the wrong direction, I told him I would pay him $250.00 for it or that he would be able to pull the card out and we would have it replace as he suggested. He didn't like that! He then said he was going to discuss this with the building landlord and others in town... Now he was threatening us. I told him he would be able to come at the close of business so I could be there, now that my Director was scared. He then informed me that he was not going to do that but was going to bring me to small claims court. I welcomed him to do this, as we have a fully documented conversation. Furthermore, we had another furnace guy come in today, to let us know, that he never replaced the Hot Ignition plate, but the central card. Which is more about $100 more expensive, but still no where near what he charged. In summary - He miss estimated. He did not detail his estimate or his bill. When we asked what the parts where he basically said he did not know or was telling us to get lost. He said he would but it back as it was, when I took him up on his offer, he then said he was going to take us to court and threaten us. Again, this is a childcare center he is doing this to. These are just the facts and so disappointing that this owner/tech would do this and take advantage of my Center Director, as she did not understand the system and the fact that we needed heat in that room to move our infants back in. I guess some will try to take advantage of those when they can. It is a rather crappy feeling.

    Rick is great, we were suppose to be on the schedule this year for our equipment check up, but some how we fell off or something, but I know Rick told us that if we did not hear from him to call and he would take care of the schedule. Sure enough as soon as we called, he said no problem, I will be there Friday. He is always there, just always there. I don't know anyone else in our life that has just always been there. Superdude.
