The service was excellent and the price was great. Rick was very polite and respectful of me and my family as well as Dana on the phone was very accommodating to my schedule. The checklist was very helpful for me as I don't really know much about furnaces and Rick was happy to explain everything to me. I have a new HVAC guy for sure and you should too!

Amazing from start to finish! When we were told that our furnace was on its last life, we started calling around for estimates. Aire Serv/Hi-Qual was the third company to come out for an estimate. Bill and Ty were so informative, professional and kind. My husband ran late from work the day of our estimate, so Bill came back out a few days later to go over everything again with him.

Their pricing is fair and competitive and their products speak for themselves. Everyone that we dealt with was so knowledgeable and willing to explain things. They were prompt and cleaned up after the installation.

Dana was also amazing. She always got back to me so quickly, fit us into the schedule immediately and even offered us heaters for our home while we were without heat.

Service Teck Ricky was undoubtedly one of the best Techs I've had come fix a equipment problem. He was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it without suggesting a more expensive alternative like replacing rather than repairing. I am sold on Aire Serv and will use them exclusively from now on !!!

I needed an after-hours repair. The technician was competent and polite. He also kept me informed about the progress of the repair. All was fixed quickly.

My furnace would not fire up when the temps started dropping so Bill came out and assessed the issue. Due to the unit being 28 years old and cost for the replacement part I figured I would get quotes on a new HVAC system. Tucker came out that same day and walked me through my options. As I have a newborn in the house and no heat, I asked if they had any ideas of how keep us warm for the month that nearly all HVAC companies are booking out. He called the owner, they moved a few jobs out and managed to install our complete system the next day. The install team (included the owner Rick) all did a great job, were polite, clean and thorough in there work. Tucker was also there as well during the install helping to support the team. Overall a great experience and I'll be a Hi-Qual/Air Serv Brockport customer for years to come.

From the estimate through the install it was a great experience. The explanation and detail provided during the estimate visit made the decision to go with Aire Serv easy. The intall crew showed up on-time, were friendly, neat, and very attentive to Covid-19 protocol. They left the install area cleaner than it was upon arrival and explained the paperwork, rebate information and operation thoroughly. Great job....highly recommend!
