Installation went smoothly, workers cleaned up well. Units work very well.

Two complaints about units—they only come in white and no other neutral colors and are not attractive to look at, but that is not AireServ's fault. They also did not come with an owner's manual, just a brief pamphlet on how to use the remote.

I received a full duct cleaning, installed a humidifier and also received an air quality system. I absolutely am so pleased with the service and how knowledgeable each Tech was. I had this done in February. Today I had my AC unit serviced. He replaced a bad part and was very pleased with his work. I would recommend this company to all friends and family.

We signed up for the advantage plan and had our unit checked out after purchasing our house. Matt was awesome, very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained and answered all of our questions. Looking forward to seeing him out again in September for a few more items.

These guys are amazing! They are thorough, explain all services and details about their products, and are respectful of your home. They were friendly and took time to clean everything when they were done. I highly recommend this team!

Called on Aire Serv to diagnose my furnace issue. Booking was easy, technician arrived on time and was thorough. Would use them again.

For 3 days now, They have said they would get someone out to check out the bad smell when the furnace fires up. Haven't seen anyone yet at 6:30pm on the 3rd day

Couldn't have asked for more from a local AC business. Bill was incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable and prompt. He was also very informative as to what broke, why it broke, and how we can fix it. Just an all around great experience that reminded me not all is lost in the world of customer service! thank you !

Today Bill was out and did our A/C yearly maintenance. He was great , on time , professional and recommended a few things for the future. I've used Airserv for 20 plus years. They've installed a new furnace and later on a new A/C unit. They've always been great to deal with , fair and competent.

Rick was responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. Aire Serv has a customer for life.

Came and cleaned my furnace. He was quick, efficient and polite. And he did not try selling a bunch of extra's. Was good price and will use this company again.
